Genesis Exterior Services made my driveway and my roof look like new again! They communicated at all times and kept expectations clear. I contacted three other gutter cleaning services (who never responded) and Genesis not only responded promptly, but was available to set up an appointment quickly to give me a quote to clean my clogged front gutters. Zwai came out and did a thorough assessment of my whole outside and found the problem immediately. Birds had created some nests over the summer and the debris had clogged my front gutters and downspout. Instead of giving me a quote to come back later, he took care of the problem immediately for me for a very reasonable price. He also gave me advice for some moss growing on my back patio instead of trying to sell me on another service. I will be calling Genesis again for future needs!

With a three year warranty on the moss treatment, I know I can trust the work he has done. And he made sure the sidewalks were clean, too. He is a genuinely kind person. Our McMinnville home has a lot of windows, big windows, on two levels--all very dirty. Or rather, they were early this morning. Genesis Exterior Services took on the past-due job. Zwai (great guy) worked steadily for hours--inside, outside, screens, tracks--at a most fair price. Tremendous effort with remarkable results--sparkling clear views from every room! In fact, don't think there has been this much light in our house for way too long. We most highly recommend!!
