Had my basement framed in a day and finished within the week. Danny, Marcelo, and the crew are awesome to work with and very responsive and attentive to client concerns. Would definitely hire again!

Contracted Mr. Silva and General Contractor Ohio through Home Depot Pro Referral to install a vanity and mirror. The initial messaging was through the Pro Referral website. I explained what I needed done, sent pictures of my bathroom and Items I needed installed.
We talked on the phone about a daye and set it. On 9/19/23 Mr. Silva sent 2 workers to my home of which I thought he would be one of them. He was not. They arrived at my door and neither spoke any english. I was never advised of this. I called Mr. Silva to express my concerns and was told that he provided his crew with the details and they could do the job. So because I contracted through Home Depot and had a conversation with Mr. Silva I trusted and continued. The job was supposed to only take 1 day and it took two. Several times the crew came to me and tried to communicate but because it was proving difficult I had to find a translator App to try to speak Portuguese. A couple times as tried to watch them work it looked like they were confused about something in my bathroom and that prompted me to call Mr. Silva to request he show up because we could not communicate at all. Very disappointing. I should not have had to do anything. So Danny shows up with himself and 1 other person and they proceed to help the workers. Well turns out Mr. Silva did not look up the items I had sent him and he said that the mirror I had was a Medicine cabinet and that it would require more work thus more money. We agreed to split the difference because he did not check what I had sent. At the end of it I gave it a look over. I sat down on the floor so I could feel around under the sink and felt water leaking from the pipe. So they had to take more time to figure out how to stop the leaking. The fix was to wrap white tape around the pipe and assured me that this would stop the leak permanently. Yesterday I notice a spot on my ceiling. I call a licensed plumber and after the plumber using and ultrasonic leak detector and infrared leak detector. It showed there was a water leak in the very same bathroom. In addition l, the plumber said the handles to my vanity were not installed correctly. My bathroom was not leaking before they took out and installed the vanity. I called Mr. Silva to discuss what they were going to do about it and he said nothing because we did not cause your leak. I have sensed filed a complaint with Pro Referral and seeking legal action.
