I have hired Joseph for several jobs. He is responsive, responsible and transparent. I never have to worry about the quality. He is highly skilled, very reliable and honest! I have never had a problem that he could not handle. He even helps me to understand the options before we get started. He is upfront about the costs and has never upchargrd me. Five stars!

I know from personal experience that Joseph’s main focus on any project is maintaining the relationship with the client and putting the clients’ best interest first. He is very professional and does a great job of answering any questions that’s posed to him about the job. Keep up the good work!

General Contracting is one of the best contractors in New Orleans, and has the awards and accolades to prove it. I've done technical consulting on a successful HUD RFP for them, and personally know Joseph Richard to be an outstanding and conscientious contractor who has continued the multi-generation tradition of his grandfather, and father, (Dwight Richard) in the company. General Contracting Co. has won numerous awards over the years, throughout the City, for its quality craftsmanship, (including the Mayor's GoldenHammer), and has been rehabbing homes across the City for nearly a century. Joseph, the company's newest generation of leadership has been able to bring the well-known Millennial emphasis on quality and service to bear, keeping the helm keenly-focused on quality in this generation. If you you need a project brought in on-time and on budget, give them a call -- I know General Contracting's work will surprise (and delight) you -- guaranteed!
