Cam and his crews are the best!! Excellent, fast work and completed ahead of schedule. They even upgraded our attic ventilation fans and re-worked our soffit and Ridgeline vents to improve ventilation at no extra charge! We can tell the improvement in attic heat reduction during summer for sure. And they did a fantastic clean-up job after the work was done which is not something I can say of other roofing companies we’ve used in the past. I HIGHLY recommend Gen III roofing!

Had Gen3 replace our roof after a hail storm. They were great to work with. Cam came out looked at the damage and then worked directly with our insurance company to get moving. They had our roof replaced within a couple of days and it is great. Been several years and we have had no issues. I would work with them again and recommend them to anyone

We worked with Gen3 after our house took a beating from a nasty storm. They worked fast and did okay. Unfortunately, their work longevity is lacking. It has been less than 2 years, and we need repairs. We emailed and called to see if we could get an estimate for repairs; however, after the initial reply, we haven’t heard anything from anyone. It has been a little over 4 weeks, and still nothing. We reached out and were told we’d get a call back, but again, nothing. They are nice guys, but I would rather give my business to somebody whose work I can count on.
Had another company come out and not only do repairs but go over and fix what Gen 3 did earlier. I do not trust their work and do not recommend. Very disappointing to say the least.

I wish i could give Gen 3 a positive rating and would have up until these last monsoon rain storms. Unfortunately they did not install the flashing correctly to divert water away from a wall and it has now flooded our laundry room three times. I called Kyle and sent him a few emails. He and one of his guys came out and agreed that it was not installed correctly and said they would fix it. A few days went by with no fix and no contact from Kyle so last Sunday 7/18 I sent him another email and said we are expecting more heavy rains. No response from Kyle and now last night 7/22 the rain flooded my laundry room again. I now have water damage that we need to fix and still no call from Gen 3.

Kyle Pyatt gave us a post hailstorm roof inspection that resulted in us getting a lot of professional insight about the condition of our roof. Not only did we not have to do a repair from the hailstorm, the condition of our roof is even better than we expected. We would not have known this without Gen 3, Kyle and Alex. Feeling very grateful for the professionalism and honest assessment.

I recommend Cameron and Kyle to my clients and have used them personally. They are timely, very professional and the roof work is amazing. They recently installed a roof at our family cabin and left the place cleaner then when they found it and with an amazing roof. They worked with our insurance adjuster and took care of everything.

I am building a garage off the beaten path and Zach and Ben agreed to roof it for me. I had purchased the materials and they provide the labor and expertise. Storms approaching and running out of time they braved the cold and got it roofed, saving me the cost of replacing exposed decking. Now I have a beautiful metal roof that will last my lifetime.
