Wonderful service from start to finish! Showed up on time, prepared, and efficient. I would highly recommend using them for putting up a fence. Note: We went though Lowe’s and they secured the vendor.

If I could, I would give it zero stars. This is by far the worst company I've ever worked with.
I bought windows from Lowe's and this was the company selected by them to do the installation. Not only the installers broke the window, but their "manager" came 3 times to my house to take measurements, and he placed the wrong order with Lowe's.
Horrible customer service, no follow ups, no accountability, and if you're here reading this review please take this piece of advise: NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH GEMELOS.

Detail: it's been 3 months already, and the problem hasn't been solved. 3 months!!!! And the window is still broken. I spent almost $20,000 and it was probably one of the biggest mistakes of my life.

They're not professional, and will give you a HUGE headache.

Look for another provider. Stay away from this company.

The service provider (Johnny and Roger) was both punctual and friendly, arriving with all the necessary tools to complete the job. They demonstrated great efficiency in installing the fence and completed the task within the expected timeframe.

The administrative staff is very prompt on their schedules.

The Workmen are knowledgeable of the deck installation. However, it would be preferable if the Company deploys two or more installers, to prevent repetitious errors. On a whole I am happy with Gemelos Renovation & Maintenance.

Professional, efficient, and were able to answer all of our questions. Put up our privacy fence and gate within 3 hours. Also helped take out an old gate that we’re moving to the other side of our yard. 10/10 would recommend.

They were amazing! Professional and finished the project in half the time. Speed and efficiency at its finest. So happy with the finished project.

Installers are polite, efficient and aim to do the job right. They were able to fit the storm door very nicely, given the age and imperfections of my house. I am happy with their work.

Had a great experience with the installation of my fences. They listened to all my requests and requests were met. We are very satisfied with results. They were very professional. I would highly recommend them to any future customers.
