We had previously had a vent leak repaired by another company which did not hold. We phoned Gelinas on an extremely rainy day, and despite being extremely busy, Eric himself attended and replaced the vent and surrounding shingles to the mess of a repair of what was done by a large commercial roofing company. When roof is due for replacement, we will not trust anyone else but Gelinas. Eric was prompt, professional and honest

Gelinas replaced my torch on flat roof with TPO. No pressure sales and quote process. Eric provided different replacement options. Eric provided solutions to address water ponding. They were able to fix ponding water issues without extensive work proposed by other contractors. Roof done in a couple of day, without delays. Experienced crew. Very competitive pricing. I would recommend Gelinas Roofing.

I had been putting off fixing a roof vent leak. Called Eric, he quoted me over the phone and took the time to explain the repair. He came the same day and replaced the rubber around the vent. Would recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.

Couldn’t think of anyone better to hire to handle a roof replacement. Eric and Kelly took the time to do a detailed assessment of our roof and proposed some great suggestions too. The quote was very reasonable and what set them apart was the time they took to explain things in detail, so the process was clear, right from the get go. I had 4 quotes from big name companies and smaller companies and Eric’s price came in on the low end, but the main thing was that I knew these guys were the most competent at what they do and also the easiest to deal with. They’re both great people as well as good roofers. I would never go anywhere else again!

I had Gelinas roofing do the roof on the Westwood tire building. They did a great job. The existing roof was uneven and wasn’t draining very well. They sloped it properly and increased my drain size and even added some extra drains and down pipes for me. Had it done in a couple of days. Erik was easy to work with and gave me a great price as well. I would recommend Gelinas roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

Gelinas Roofing did a great job reroofing and replacing plywood of my roof. They added vents and repaired some flaws in previous roof. Hard working, on time and courteous. I would recommend getting an estimate.

I was very pleased with Eric's work done putting a new roof on our house. He was pleasant to talk to, polite and efficient. I might also add that his pricing was very reasonable.

Eric helped me with a small carport roof that needed a torch on done. great job. A few years later the house needed a new torch on roof and i didn't hesitate to give him a call. I had a few concerns but Eric made sure all was done perfect. he even tore down an old unsafe wood patio roof. That was 11 years ago and there still going strong

Eric is such a honest professional contracter know what he's doing, he helped us to replace our old roof to brand new ashphat shingle with decent price and on top of that we have fluent communcation everyday during the installation period. highly recommanded for anyone who's looking for reliable roofing company in Greater Vancouver area.

Gelinas Roofing provided a very reasonable price for the quality of shingles and warranty that was provided with the quote. The crew did an excellent job reroofing our house and left our yard, deck and gutters clean after the work was done. A 'whirlybird" vent was added for a reasonable extra cost. We are very satisfied with the work that was done and would definitely recommend Gelinas roofing.

We noticed a leak in the ceiling of our kitchen so we called Gelinas Roofing. Eric came out the next day and examined our roof. It was approximately 20 years old and needed to be replaced. He took care of the leak by sealing a tarp on the roof, gave us a very fair quote and also gave us time to get finances in order. He was very patient through the whole process. A few weeks later we gave him the go ahead to replace the roof. His crew was very courteous and did an excellent job. They cleaned up every day when they were finished. We would have no problem recommending Gelinas Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof. Thanks!

My roof was a cedar conversion and Gelinas did a great job at a fair price. I was very pleased with the results. Gelinas found a massive wasp nest in my attic and removed it) as well as discovered that the grout on a glass block window had failed allowing water (and more insects) into the space between the inner and outer walls. Fortunately, both were caught and fixed before significant damage could result. I have extensive ornamental landscaping around the entire exterior of the house and I was extremely worried about damage to expensive plants and trees, as well as a waterfall. None were damaged and the clean up was good. We had a leak two years later, which was determined to be incorrect/insufficient gutters and placement. Gelinas figured out was the problem was and did the repairs on a week end, on short notice. On the other hand, the gutter company, Dynamic Gutters, did not so much as return my phone call. (which was to the President, Bryce Osborne, on his direct line).

After searching and gathering estimates for a new roof, I hired Gelinas....I cannot recommend this company enough, the crew are hard working men spending 12 hour days in 30 degree plus weather.
At the end of each day the property was left clean and tidy, most important to me as I have three dogs in the garden....not one splinter of wood or nail is left behind.
The crew are polite, respectful and diligent with a very good work ethic. Gelinas has worked in my area over the past couple of years and can only say I made the perfect choice in Eric to replace my roof.
