Had a blocked / leaking downspout that was making a huge mess every time it rained. Called Geek Guards and spoke to Dave, he came out the next day to assess, gave me two options (clean out or replace) and decided to replace. He and a technician came out 2 days later and finished quickly and quietly. Very professional with the way quoting, scheduling, and service was delivered. The team is very prompt.

The Geek Guards team got the job done. But not on the first round. They installed gutter extensions to cap off gutters and installed kickdown extensions as well. I’m not sure what went wrong but miscommunication between them and the crew were likely the cause. I don’t know if I would use their services again.

Geek Guards responded in a timely manner to my request for a quote. Their quote was fair and straight forward. They scheduled an installation 1.5 weeks after the quote on a Saturday. Delivered everything as promised, cleaned up before they left. The crew was efficient and professional. I would definitely use this firm again.

We were truly impressed with David and his team at Geek Guards. About a month ago, we engaged a gutter contractor to replace the soffit, fascia and gutter for our home. That contractor tore down the gutter and then had personal issues, causing repeated delays, false promises, and no-shows. For a whole month, that contractor was only able to finish 90% of the soffit and fascia replacement, which left us without a gutter. We reached out to David on a Wednesday, explained the situation and asked his company to take over. David came on Thursday morning and provided a competitive estimate. Most importantly, David and his team made an exception to come out on Sunday early morning, finished the soffit and fascia replacement, and installed the new gutter, all on the same day with impressive quality! We are thankful for David and his team and will recommend them without any hesitation.

Used ACO to fix a gutter problem which multiple other gutter firms did not have any idea how to fix as well as a gutter clean. ACO were great throughout the short process - the staff were awesome, friendly, professional and did a great job cleaning up. I loved that they didn’t power wash the gutters, as I’ve have other firms do that and it just creates more blockages which they leave behind.

All in all highly recommend this team, they are great!!
