Mr. Osbeli and his staffs did excellent jobs for my parent’s house new roof. He and his staffs were provided a very professional services from helped claiming insurance and completed a beautiful new roof. We are very satisfied of his enthusiasm services, and jobs well done!

Mr. Osbeli and the GCR crew did an exceptional job at fixing up my property after severe damages from Hurricane Helene. He was professional, prompt, fair and communicated with me every step of the way to ensure we were always on the same page. The crew worked diligently and efficiently to replace my roof, repair a fence line and replace another. They also fixed three windows that were compromised by rain and wind during the storm. They worked clean and ensured every piece of trash and debris were picked up after every workday. They accomplished all this in four total days of work. The pricing was more than fair! I'm especially grateful to Mr. Osbeli and the organization because they worked with me within the claims settlement I received from my insurance company. I give GCR Construction & Roofing my highest recommendation!

They did a great job fixing my roof after the hail damage from the tornado. Eli was very helpful when it came to getting me everything I needed for my insurance to do their thing. They replaced my roof and a bunch of damaged wood in one day and even came by a few months later to make sure everything was still good.

I can't say enough about Osbeli and his crew - such a positive experience working with them. They were right on time, worked throughout the day and did a fantastic job cleaning up the yard of debris and nails. Osbeli worked with us via another firm to help clear any insurance issues. Ely stopped by and offered a free roof inspection to check for Hail or wind damage. I remembered having some Hail early in the year but didn't think if it was severe enough to warrant inspection. It appeartlty was as Ely said damage to roof and gutters. I gave him my insurance company's name and phone number, and he took it from there. Once he notified them of damage, they sent their adjuster who took pictures with a drone and said he 90% sure insurance would authorize a new roof. A few days later, insurance confirmed they would replace the entire roof and some of the gutters. I told Ely I didn't want 1/2 new 1/2 old gutters. So he called the adjuster to try to get all the new gutters. They asked for more pictures, so he marked areas and made more pictures for them. They approved the additional request thanks to Ely. There was also some bad flashing around chimney they would not approve , calling it "normal wear & tear." Elyi fixed it anyway at no charge. I was so comfortable working with Ely that I referred two of my neighbors and my cousin.
