GATTSHALL SEAMLESS GUTTERS

Never again. Wouldn't call them to sit and watch my gutters. Rehung downspouts that was blown out all the way down the seams. Clogged downspouts. Leaking miter joints that was supposed to be sealed. Flats on my vehicle from nails and screws that was dragged out of their work van in driveway. Used gutter screw to attach brackets to my brick instead of using tapcons. Visisting the BBB site next. Nothing but a big headache and more money. Amazing! Wish that I could chose zero stars but got to atleast pick one to post.

Install gutters. Gatshall Installed gutters on my porch who I have used for many years. When I got home to see the job I was not very happy. On the front gable one side haung over 1" further than the other. The downspout on the side was several inches out of plumb and the side gutter held 1" of water ie slopping the wrong way. I had the sales rep out to look at and he assured me that they would be out the following Monday to fix and he would be there personally to oversee. They did not show and no calls so I fixed these issues myself. 6 weeks later a truck shows up in out driveway and they said they were here to fix the gutters, no calls. This experience is sad since in the past they had been the best gutter company around hands down.

We had gutters put on our house today by Gattshall Seamless Gutter and they look great. These guys who put them on really knew what they were doing and did a fantastic job! If you need gutters and downspouts call them! Great price, very professional. Got estimates from several place and I saved $600 by going with Gattshalls

They scheduled an appointment to come do our gutters, never showed and never called. We left several messages and never got a call back. Terrible way to do business... it’s not that hard to call and and say hey we aren’t going to be there at our scheduled time. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

We purchased a new gazebo that we put on our deck and needed a new gutter put on it and the one on the house needed replaced. The guys came to our house, gave the estimate on the job, and when we agreed to the price, they got.started right away. Not only did they install the the new gutters, they went above and beyond to help us push and set the gazebo where it belonged. The guys did so much more to help us out than we ever expected them to do. They were great and we would highly recommend them in future

Gattshall’s Gutters will not honor warranty on gutters they install. After several months of getting the run around they stopped answering our calls and text requests to repair the gutters that were installed on the front of our house with a lifetime warranty. I then called (with another phone number) and asked for an estimate on the back side of our house for gutter installation. When the owner got to the house and gave an estimate, I told him that it was me who had been calling and asking for the repair on the front to be done. He looked at the gutters that were hanging, agreed that they should not have pulled away, and said that he would be back “tomorrow” to fix the gutters, but he never showed up and again ignored our calls and texts. As a response to a negative review that we posted, the owner then claimed that we were not customers.
