They installed a deck and did some small repair on a soffitt. All work was excellent. I highly recommend Garlock-French.

The crew who completed our job had an unbelievable work rate. They started first thing in the morning and had knocked out our entire roof, ice dams and new redecking by 8pm.

I decided to contract with Garlock-French to replace the shingles on my brand new home in Lake Elmo that sustained light hail damage within a month after moving in. Due to their extreme negligence, inexperience, and lack of care, my home sustained water damage in all four walls and ceiling on the first and second floor while while it rained all day and they had the entire top roof off. They did not follow industry standards which is to work in sections and tarp off open areas as quickly as possible if it rains. I had water streaming through light fixtures and down walls, to which the foreman told me I just needed to let it dry out and they would come back later to touch up the paint. Needless to say, I called a water mitigation company to come out and respond to the situation correctly. Now I have holes in my walls, trim removed, wet clothes in my closet, wet carpet, and industrial dehumidifiers and fans running everywhere. It’ll get better but it’s going to take a lot of work, time, and aggravation. Think twice before you hire Garlock-French!!!
