We have owned our present house for more than 30 years. It's more than 90 years old and has many features that we treasure, and many features that we've had to overcome. Things wear out, become damaged, or fail to serve a family's evolving needs. As any homeowner knows, it can be difficult to find available, reliable, and competent specialists for home projects. We've worked with many carpenters and regret when those who've helped us well decide to relocate or retire. After our most recent carpenters retired, we were stuck for several months without someone we knew and trusted ... and someone willing to take on small projects as well as large ones. Finally, neighbors connected us with Gardyloo Roofing & Gc two years ago. We have been exceptionally pleased with the work performed or overseen by the owner Miguel Reyes and his associates. He has quickly identified repairs that need to be done and recommended the most effective, cost-conscious, ways to do those repairs. He and his crew painted our house exterior and, along the way, fixed leaks and deteriorating wood around our dormers, along the roof, and so forth. After we had radiators removed (ugggh), he made the numerous repairs needed to walls and flooring - repairs that differed greatly from room to roof. He also arranged for our floor repairs and refinishing afterwards. He is unfailingly kind, polite, trustworthy, and helpful. Highly recommended!
