Alex came to our house to fix our front door lock. We couldn’t get the code to open it after we changed the battery, so we had to use the garage entry until he came over to fix it. He was done in minutes. Always has a smile on his face. He’s our go to guy He also watches out for our home while we travel. Very trustworthy!!

We used AC Solutions & More to finish our basement, which included a large, open great room, a bedroom and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. We couldn’t have been happier with the process and the results! It was so refreshing to get a very detailed written description of exactly what work was going to be performed so that there were not any questions or ambiguities about what was expected for the final product. Alex was a pleasure to work with and a ‘true’ perfectionist, so we knew things were going to be done right! He was available if we had any questions during the renovation and provided great suggestions along the way. Alex has a wonderful team - his crew was polite, professional and always left the area clean at the end of each workday. Charlotte, Alex’s assistant, was amazing to work with as well as it is so helpful to have a point person that you could always reach out to with questions as well as to keep us updated on the timing of when things were going to be done (permits, inspections, flooring etc). Alex has done several jobs for us and all have been done with great care and professionalism. Most recently he installed lights in 2 bedrooms, safety bars in showers, pull out trays in the kitchen cabinets(no more down on my knees!) and a handrail for the outside steps. All the work was done very well and I have recommended him to others that are looking for similar projects.

Alex's team did a wonderful job remodeling some unfinished space in our lower level to create a workshop/hobby room and a fitness room. One of the things that sets AC Solutions apart from the rest is Alex's design ideas and advice. We already had specific ideas in mind but Alex's recommendations really helped us achieve the best possible rooms for the money. The work crew was always neat (protected the rest of the house from remodeling dust and cleaned up at the end of the day), accommodating, and worked diligently while on site. We are thrilled with the results!

We have contracted with Alex on several home repair projects, including replacement of a septic line, plumbing, electrical, floor and wall repairs. When a repair was urgent, Alex prioritized our work before other clients. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and patiently answered our questions. I purchased a new EV and was in need of a better outlet to give a solid charge overnight. I contacted Alex Castillo of AC Solutions & More and he provided exceptional service from start to finish. I contacted him the day I was set to pick up the vehicle and he was able to provide an estimate same day within hours of contact. I knew the installation of going to be tricky given the location of the circuit breaker. Alex and his team of professionals promptly started the project Monday morning and were done in the early afternoon. Even tho there was drywall work necessary to do the job, Alex and his team left the work area spotless and installed the 240v Outlet.

This company spent the last few weeks doing projects in and around our house. From painting our entire upstairs, installing our security cameras, adding a back up power supply to our sump pump system, to reworking a couple electric lines in our basement (really fixing problems from the work of another electrical company who shall remain nameless). Oh yeah, and being quick to respond and come fix what I thought was a hot water heater problem, but turned out to be a simple drain pipe clog.

He and his team were so incredibly kind, and professional with every single interaction we had with every member of the team!!!! They clearly take pride in their craft and it shows in every detail.
