Garcia roofing came out and gave us estimate within a timely manner and once we decided he was the best man for the job, his crew was here and ready to work the next day. Within 2 days (not even full days either) they had the job done. They were polite and cleaned up their mess. There was 2 young women on his crew and I was personally impressed with. They worked side by side and just as hard as the men. So far we have no complaints, we are satisfied.
This contractor replaced our roof. We paid in advance to also have a skylight installed. After the roof was installed, he showed us two holes in the ceiling where the roofers had fallen through. He said he would have his sheetrock guy come out and fix it when they did the skylight. Six months later and he has completely ghosted us. We still do not have the skylight we paid for, and the holes are still in our ceiling.
I am only giving one star because the roof looks nice.
Had a new roof put on via home owner's insurance in June. The roof still leaks in the dining room and the crew left small holes in my siding on the back of the house from throwing down shingles. They said they would be here to fix the roof last Saturday and never showed up, now they won't return calls or texts. Would not recommend.

Added one star because they showed up at my house randomly one day and fixed the leak in the dining room. What a crazy and stressfully experience!

Took away one star because the roof had to be completely replaced due to storm damage from use of poor materials.
