Mr. Garcia came to my home and provided a written estimate to repair a leak in my roof, with a cap on the total charge. He explained everything about the process and showed me pictures of work they had done previously.

His crew arrived the next morning and worked hard all day to complete the repair. They even had to make an additional trip to another town to purchase two roof vents that were the correct size, and they returned and completed the job shortly before sunset. They did a great job cleaning up the site during the work and before they left.

Mr. Garcia provided pictures of the damage and the repair to my roof, and the work is warranted for five years. After seeing the repaired roof, I think it will last much longer than five years. I highly recommend Garcia Roofing!

Quoted a two week time frame, completed in 10 days. They completed roofs for two decks plus deck repairs. Much more extensive deck repairs than I had anticipated.

Had wonderful experience with David Garcia. He came out to Leavenworth to inspect the roof on my rental property. I had already had two contractors insist that the entire roof needed to be replaced. David evaluated the roof much more thoroughly and determined that it only needed new flashing around the chimneys and replacement of the flat roof over the small utility room addition. I was so impressed I asked him to go check out my other rental property a mile away which had already had the roof replaced to see if he find any problems with it. Sure enough, he found that the flashing on several of the roof penetrations were already starting to fail. I went up on the roof with him and he showed me. Gaps were already starting to form. So impressed with his technical skills and professionalism. I highly recommend Garcia Roofing!

David called before they were coming to double check what we had agreed on and the cost. He repaired the facia that was damaged and even went to the store to buy paint to finish the facia board. They also aligned the gutter angle. He inspected our roof and while he was up there he sealed the nails that had raised. When they were finished they cleaned up and asked me to inspect their work. I consider him to be honest and professional.

High winds broke off some large branches which penetrated a couple areas on my roof. Garcia Roofing quoted a fair price as was willing to work with me so I was able to repair the damage and replace the entire roof instead of just fixing the areas covered by the insurance claim.
