We had our roof replaced after a big storm came through. Working with a local company was important to us and Brian and team really came through! From communication..... to working with our insurance company to ensure we got the maximum amount..... to clean up from the roofing crew.... everything was great! We were expecting to find nails or have some landscaping ruined, but the team covered everything and walked our property several times to make sure that everything was cleaned up before they left. Great process!

Bryan put a new roof on for us ten years ago and handled all details with our insurer very promptly and hassle free. I couldn't believe how smooth the process was. Also, excellent work! Yesterday a big storm flung branches onto that roof and Jerod was here early this morning to check it out. No damage but he volunteered to cut up and remove the branch for us! Thanks guys! I can’t say enough about Galvin Home Renovations and the entire team. We are happy repeat customers - they completed two very large and separate storm repairs over the last 5+ years. They replaced our entire roof first and a few years later (recently) replaced all siding and gutters (plus small soffit damage). They did an amazing job with everything from workmanship to communication. A special shoutout to Casey - he personally helped me navigate insurance and better understand the process. If not for the team at Galvin we would not have pursued and received the coverage we deserved under our policy - it was a long fought battle with insurance but well worth it! Casey was always just a phone call or text away… genuinely a great communicator and trusted advisor. He spent so much time assisting us with color options and matching details — amongst the necessary (multiple!) trips to get more pictures and proof to satisfy insurance inquiries- truly above and beyond.

Galvin Home Renovations goes above and beyond to provide next-level service to their customers. They jump right in and get the job done without making you jump through hoops and bend over backward to make their job easier. They can always be relied upon for honest and upfront estimates and work hard to hold to their commitments.

Galvin did an excellent job in replacing our roof and working with our insurance company in order to recover our expenses which it was very difficult and time consuming .

In June 2022 my roof was replaced by Galvin. We also agreed to repair the fascia above our front door and adjust the amount of the remaining balance. Not only did that not happen, but my wife and I never received a final invoice from them. No paperwork at all, even after we asked when realizing that the additional repair wasn’t going to happen. Recently, about two years later (in April 2024) we received an invoice. We promptly paid the approximate $7,700 balance, as that was the right thing to do. There was no note of explanation with the invoice about why it took years to send. Usually, it’s the other way around where the customer does not pay the invoice upon completion of service. We’ve never heard of a mistake like this (even researched it) and would have expected Galvin to professionally address matters. Even though the roofing work was satisfactory, we cannot in good faith recommend them.

Thought they were great due to their reviews on Google so we picked them to repair our roof. They lacked communication! We constantly had to contact them to be kept in the loop! It was a horrible experience and very unprofessional! I guess they pick and chose to be nice to certain customers. Lesson learned don't believe everything you read online!!!! Very disappointed with this company and don't recommend them to anyone.

We had sever hail damage to our roof and siding along with many of our neighbors. The out of state door knocking companies were out in force but we went with a Galvin Home Renovations because they are a local company. From the first day they came out to view the damage, Galvin and his team were amazing. Very professional, prompt and always in communication.

We had a tree fall on our house this past summer, and we called Galvin to help us out. Our sales rep, Calvin, was prompt in getting in contact with us and completing all the necessary steps of our estimate. He worked closely with our insurance and assisted in answering any questions. He was easy to get in contact with and made accommodations to meet our schedule. The roofing team completed the work very well and in a timely manner. Even coming back the next day due to our short winter days. Yard cleanup was done quite thoroughly as well.

I had been battling my insurance company for 9 years on needing new siding. Parts of my siding were melting from the reflection off neighbors windows and snow.

I changed insurance companies, got the state ag’s office involved, siding manufacturer, you name it, I contacted them. This went on for 10 years until I reached out to Galvin Home renovations. Yes, I was skeptical at first because of all the dead-ends I was hitting, but after a few conversations with them they went to work for me. I scheduled a meeting between them and my insurance adjuster, and about a week later they called me and said I finally have relief. Im getting new siding!!

If it wasn't for Galvin, I would still have melted and awful looking siding.

We were hit by the hail storm this past spring and needed the damage assessed. We had called another company and they never followed through. We’re so glad we found Galvin Home Renovations! Gerod came out to help us in a timely manner and he was even kind enough to drive with us to a neighbors house whose roof we had liked to see if we could match it. Then, recently we were having some issues with ice damns and Gerod had somebody out to the house within a couple of hours to take care of it. The entire process was seamless and we can’t thank the team at Galvin enough.

Great company and great service. They took care of our roof in one day and were very professional. and cleaned up the place nicely after finishing work. We had some laundry vent issue and they sent the crew right away to fix it as well. We were very happy with their service and Calvin was very easy to work with. Brian and Casey came out to my house to learn why I was getting water inside my home. They climbed on my roof, in cold weather, to discover ice dams. At no charge, they removed heavy snow where there were ice dams. Just wanted to send a note of appreciation!

I was contacted by Casey from Galvin about my roof damage during a storm in 2019. I had multiple roof repair companies give me stories and Casey was straight up and honest with me. I had a fantastic experience dealing with Galvin, and specifically Jerod. We had roof damage and an issue with shingles that had been recalled prior to my family moving into the house. I am generally wary of contractors, especially in response to storm damage. I started with a Sales Rep, Calvin, who looked at the storm damaged roof, gave me an overview on how the process typically works with insurance, and answered all my questions. After I worked with my insurance company and was ready to begin, Galvin had a crew at my home several days later. The crew did the entire removal and replacement of the shingled roof in one day. They were hard working and well orchestrated. They covered plants and moved anything out of the way that could get damaged by falling debris. When they left at the end of the day the job was complete and the property was cleaned up with no trace anyone had been there. I was impressed. Galvin will be returning to handle my damaged vinyl siding. I'll post again when that is complete.

I called and talked with Brian Galvin to get an estimate, he came over the same day to look over the hole in my roof from a branch and quote a new roof that will match my house. They did a roof installation from a resent storm that damaged it and did an excellent job. Toni is great to work with and responded back in a timely matter. The workers did a great job all the rest around and did a great job cleaning up after.

Galvin was AWESOME to work with. They were responsive, they did what they said they’d do and they came when they said they would. They cleaned up their mess. I have several plants on my deck that were in the way. Galvin covered everything they could, moved what they couldn’t and put everything back! I didn’t have to lift a finger!! My neighbor went with another company and those guys left a mess that ended up in MY yard. The workers were at that house from 7am to 7pm. Galvin was NOT that way. They came in at 7am and were gone before 1pm. No mess. No fuss. No shingles sitting for days in my yard. The people I worked with were really great as well. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. They showed me where the damage was and walked me thru every step of the process. I would recommend Galvin to anyone!

Jerrod was very professional and knowledgeable about the entire claim process and was able to work with our insurance company to get a very fair settlement. They were also flexible with the install date of the new roof and the crew was excellent. There was an issue with some imperfections with the rolled roofing that the supplier sent out and Jerod and Brian literally spent hours driving around the city to locate the proper materials to get the job completed the right way and on time. Their extra effort was noticed and is much appreciated.

Very knowledgeable, Brian’s crew had English speakers, the head of the crew Ulysses, was last man on the job making sure I had drip edge on a split level porch overhang. (Proper procedure, best practice) previous roofers did not do this. Galvin Home Restoration did an excellent job !

Highly recommended!!! Brian is in an elite group of contractors that specialize in dealing with storm damage. He made sure that the insurance company had every thing they needed to pay out on my claim.He inspected my roof, documenting the wind/hail damage to it, and handled all the insurance paperwork. He fought on my behalf to get my claim paid for.
