G.A. Bolt Roofing & Restoration

G.A. Bolt roofed my mothers home in August of 2023. There was water dripping from the water heater vent into the attic on the second floor. I have roofed in the past. I personally saw the water dripping. I soaked the water up.

A restoration company and a plumber (the water likely damaged the water heater--the leak had soaked the decking and filled the drain pain) both said the leak was responsible. 4 minutes into me calmly explaining the situation to Ms. Bolton and asking what remedy they could offer she got mad and hung up the phone. This was after telling me that when they heard about the leak they immediately fixed it (they put some silicone on it) and that it takes two years for a leak to cause real damage so they weren't going to do anything else.

Then an hour later she sent me 15+ text messages in 49 minutes, said I was making "false acquisitions" (her spelling) and told me to not text or call her.

(I only made my initial call when she hung up on me. I replied to her texts 5 times. But the last three replies were only thumbs up emojis bc it was comical at that point)

They worked with my insurance when my insurance was only going to pay for half my roof. I ended up getting the whole roof paid for, less deductible. Very professional and customer friendly.
