I had some work done on my house by this this company, and when I tell you excellent work. I've had my roof done, holes in my wall repaired, my windows resealed, and a leak in my ceiling repaired, and some other things done. If you need it done right call G Temple Construction. Very unprofessional! I had a plumber to cut into my bath wall looking for possible water leak. So i needed the wall fixed. I called my home warranty company, Choice HW. They sent this company out to do the job. They were suppose to hang a piece of sheetrock in my bath. The 1st time a guy came to my house to do the job, he tried using the same sheetrock that my plumber took down. It was awful! He left my house without cleaning up the mess he made! I was not home but my husband had just got home from working the grave yard shift and did not monitor the job..When i came home and looked at the mess. I was furious!
I called their 'office" to complain and was told that they will be back out there that following Friday. The appointment was for 12 but they got to my house around 2 pm. After about 2 hours they came out of the bath and told us that they had to go to the store??? After they left I checked the bath and discovered that after 2 hrs. they did nothing but took down the old sheetrock. I was furious,!!!! When they came back from the store I asked them what did they do for 2 hrs.? I was so angry I just gave them their equipment and told them to leave.....I gave them $100 at the initial visit and I called another company and they want to charge me $150 to do the job....I know how to hang up sheetrock so I know what goes into the job. I can't afford to shell out an extra $150. I will do the job myself. By the way. They never apologized and offered me any sympathy when I asked them to leave my home. They simply said, "OK" and left. AFTER I shut my door one of them ringed my doorbell and asked if he can have his piece of sheetrock back that they bought in to redo the job? What???..... What happened to customer service, work ethics, and taking pride in a job? If nothing else to save your company's reputation?
