One star is more than they deserve. They did a horrible installation job on a TPO roof that is still leaking in numerous places 4 years later, despite them being out dozens of times to "fix" the problems. They have been given numerous opportunities to do the right thing and have not done so. I have filed a complaint against them with the BBB, and I am not the first person to do so. I would never hire them again. We are going to have to pay another company to install a new roof on our house, along with the additional expense of fixing damage to the interior of our house caused by their faulty workmanship.

Unfortunately.....Rating system insists we choose at least one star. Contractor concluded our flat top only requires routine maintenance.

Requested one quote for maintenance and a second quote for replacing nine skylights - (we already have the new skylights).

Waited three days past date for the quotes and called back. Contractor returned call that afternoon and stated they had misspelled our email but they would send us the quotes that day. One week later and still no quotes.

Guess when we need to replace the roof we can call someone else. Estimates from other companies for new roof is $12,000 to $15,000. I can only assume this company doesn't really need the business. Must be a hobby and not a job.
