Full Service Remodeling

Been trying to get this job done with them since September. It's new year's eve now. Over the course of 4 months they finally replaced a section of flooring in my bathroom. (Which is not level with the flooring already there. Now we have a lump in front of our sinks.) And they laid down vinyl and left huge gaps in certain spots. See pics. He said he could just cover those spots with molding. It's going to take 3 inch molding sticking out into the floor to cover that gap at least. I don't want that and I told him as much. The entire month of December he's told me he'd come out on a "Monday." And never showed. The next week was the same. "I'll be there Monday." No call no show. Now he won't answer when I call or text and I'm left with a shotty unfinished job. I hate to leave a review like this but ignoring your customer when you've been PAID and not finishing a job is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

This remodeling company has excellent knowledge in all trades needed to remodel homes or businesses. I'm completely satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work. I will use this company again.

I had been trying for a while to get someone to repair the vinyl siding on my mom’s mobile home and decided to give google another try and came across Full Service Remodeling and was looking at the services offered and did not see it at first about vinyl siding repair, but decided to click on the website and it was listed among a host of other service offerings. So I called and Doug answered the phone and his pleasant very welcoming phone voice was very much appreciated. I setup an appointment to get an estimate and he was able to come on the day that I would be in town and the time that I needed. As we were walking around the home to see what all needed to be done to give me an estimate, we realized that we had something personal in common with one of our loved ones. I really do believe this was a meant to be interaction. He worked with me on the estimate and was able to get started on the job right away and worked hard to get it down in the timeframe I needed as I lived out of town and needed to be back to work. Full Service Remodeling did a great job and were very efficient and wanted to make sure that I was truly satisfied. Not only did they do a great job on the vinyl siding repair, but also I needed some repairs done to the roof and windows. I can not write/say enough about them. Such a pleasure doing business with them. Just a group of very nice, professional people to work with. So call them up for your needs as well. I am sure that they will be able to handle any repair job you have for them that is listed on their website.
