We needed a large addition to a historical home in Mystic to accommodate 2 disabled family members. It had to be approved through the Historical Society. Jim Fuery oversaw our project start to finish. He presented and adjusted the plan to get it passed by the Historical Society. He kept us well informed and reviewed all changes/issues with us as they came up. Mr. Fuery really listened to us. He doubled the size of our home while making it functional for our specific needs. The crew was wonderful and showed up every day until the job was done. It was a phenomenal experience. I would definitely recommend Fuery Development Group LLC to anyone who has construction needs.

I knew from my years of projects needed that Jim Fuery knew all that was needed to present me a top tier end result. In March of 2010, our home was ravaged by a 100 year flood to the point where FEMA relocated us until it could be inhabitable again. Jim and his team came in and gutted the lower half of our home. They not only rebuilt it, but they made it better. They redesigned the kitchen to make it larger, more accessible, and new. The same with the bathroom which came out amazing. They did a great job of removing and remedying all of the mold and compromised wood. They even ensured that the roof, gutters, and drains were repaired to mitigate any further water problems. All was done in less than 30 days. Jim and his team were all professional, accommodating, and worked to get us back in in just over 30 days when FEMA said it would be months. My hats off to Jim and his team. We are forever grateful.

I had a great experience with Fuery Development Group. Highly recommended.

They were responsive to my request for a quote. The quote was almost half of the other two estimates. Work was scheduled and performed within a week of accepting the estimate and the workers arrived and completed the work ahead of schedule. Additionally, once on the job site I asked them to do a small, but additional, task and they were able to get that done as well and for a reasonable charge.

I am very pleased with the work done by Fuery Development Group. I would work with them again.
