Fu Long Construction

After doing foundation work on our home, we decided to enclose the open area under the house left open after the slats were removed for the work. We got in touch with Fu Long Construction (FLC) and planned out a project to enclose the underside of the house and include an area set apart for a work shop.
The work was done quickly and well. We would highly recommend FLC for any construction project you may have in mind.

I recently had a remodel done to my house and was very satisfied with the results. Pan is responsive and professional. His assistant May communicates with me constantly to keep me updated with the latest progress. Would definitely use them again for my future projects.

We had seen Fu Long Construction’s work at a home in our neighborhood and noticed that their good work was completed in a short amount of time. We asked that Fu Long bid on building a custom ADU on our property. From the very beginning of our experience with Fu Long, the lead contractor, Pan, was extremely responsive. He has an incredible team, subcontractors and associates; starting with the architects. As the building progressed, every person that came on the property was diligent, friendly and did excellent quality work. Everyone worked so hard too, getting on property at 8am, and working to pau time at 5pm every single day. Pan’s knowledge and experience showed through on everything that we designed resulting in a smooth and successful project. The entire job came under budget even with little tweaks here and there.
We had heard horror stories of contractors not showing up, or after they were paid, not coming back for some fine tuning. This was not the case with Pan and his team. Even now with the building complete and permits closed, Pan still follows up to make sure we are happy.
We highly recommend Fu Long and Pan for any remodeling or construction needs you may have.

My condo in Waikiki just got remodeled by Fu Long Construction Inc. I have been in Hawaii many times as a visitor but in February of 2021, I brought a fixers condo which needed to be completely redoing everything. Since I had no reference for a construction company to repair my house so I used google to search for one. I founded Fu Long and met Pan ( the construction manager) twice. He gave me a quote for a completed works then I went back to California. 8 weeks later, everything was done (only using virtual communications). I’m very happy with Fu Long’s work and highly recommended this company. Listed here are reasons for the recommendations
1) Pan was always responsive to my need and replied to me in a timely manner which is very important, especially in construction work
2) quality of work was excellent and priced was reasonable
3) during the remodeling, there were some problems but Pan was always up to the tasks and took care everything smoothly
4) This is not the first time I’ve used construction companies so I can compared and give Fu Long & Pan a 9 ( since no one is perfect )

I had my house remodeled. Fu Long Construction was recommended to me by someone in the housing business. Pan from the company met with me and we discussed ideas. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They did the design to finish construction. Price was very reasonable. The quality of materials and workmanship was excellent. Pan even installed things that I bought without any extra charge. I recommend that you give Fu Long a call when you are gathering estimates.

Fu Long Construction is renovating for our Kaimuki house. My husband and I are extremely happy with their work. The contractor, Pan Jiafa is very professional, honest, and nice. He is responsive and efficient to our requests and needs. We highly recommend him.
