I worked with Greg M. during the process of having repairs done after the hailstorm in May of 24. From the outset he was responsive, proactive, and probably most important, informative on what the repair process would look like regarding the insurance claim. This was our first claim so we didn’t know how the process worked, and Greg helped us navigate and understand the process from the start. Once the claim was approved, Greg got us scheduled for roof, siding, and fence repair on a schedule that worked for us, and all repairs/scheduling/coordinating were done with and through him directly, and I didn’t have to deal with separate contacts to get the work completed, which gave us so much peace of mind. The work done in all aspects was quality and timely, and I couldn’t have asked for more working with Greg and FTC throughout this process. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you’re looking to have roofing work done after severe weather. The level of professionalism is top tier, and we will be calling FTC should we have any roofing needs in the future.

Matt Bello worked with me to have my home re-shingled. FTC Roofing did a fantastic job. They shingled around 10 skylights with step flashing according to Denver city codes. The valleys where two roofs met were fashioned beautifully. I was impressed with the speed and professionalism while the crew performed the work. They were able to rip off the old shingles and finish shingling in a day and a half between two snowstorms. In fact, they shoveled off the snow that accumulated the previous day, then the very moment they finished the entire job; it began to snow again. Job well done. I am very pleased.

I worked with Derrik and he could not have made the process easier. He handled everything in terms of working with my insurance as well as the solar company to take down and reinstall my solar panels. They replaced my gutters as well and everything looks beautiful. The process was quick and painless and I didn’t have to come out of pocket for anything. You’d be pressed to find a better roofing company to work with. 5 stars.

I worked with Robert Maes for a roof replacement due to hail damage. Robert was very knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. Initially, my roof wasn't approved, but Robert was able to talk to my insurance company, and everything ended up being approved. The roof replacement and related repairs from the hail damage went great! My insurance did take a few months to approve the second payment after the replacement, but that was not FTC's fault. FTC actually handled all the communication and paperwork with my insurance to ensure the second payment was approved. Overall, I'm pleased and would recommend Robert and FTC!

I chose FTC over a couple of other roofing company estimates as I had a sense of trust and confidence in Matt Bello, the sales rep who initially came out. The workers were fast and efficient. I had a ceiling fan that became unstable from all of the pounding and I climbed up the ladder asking for help. Two workers came down and carefully detached the fan from the ceiling. What surprised and impressed me was that when the roof was finished, they came back and reattached it. Yah! The city inspector said the roof was done perfectly and passed in flying colors. I only had problems with the billing being very delayed but all else was great. I highly recommend FTC.

Although the job was just a vent cap replacement, Greg Morrell with Fisher Thompson Construction was great to work with. I spent a ton of time researching contractors who could help us after a major hail storm hit our neighborhood. I had five of them come over before I met Robert Maes at FTC Roofing. It helped that some of our neighbors referred them, but upon meeting Rob, I could tell he was genuine, honest, and sincere. He was present during the insurance adjustor meeting and was helpful in guiding us along the process. The work completed was quality and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. Above all, they offer some roofing warranties that went above and beyond competitors.

Our roof, gutters, etc. were damaged in the May 30th, 2024 hail storm. We checked with Angi's Home advisor. FTC had good reviews. Robert, the rep for FTC - nice guy, came out gave a bid that seemed reasonable - about in the middle of several other bids, that included detach and reset of solar, roof and gutter replacement, and a few sundry other items.
Roofing was started a month before we planned on having it done. We could deal with that.
Solar crew, subcontractors, were very careful about detaching and putting panels in a safe place. They also did a good job reattaching the panels when roof was finished. Problems were: getting critter guard reinstalled-5+ missed appointments; and roof was damaged in process. Robert said work was guaranteed and would be fixed. Nope, not done.
Roofing was completed on hottest day of summer in a couple of hours. Problems are: Roofing was not well done - all my neighbors have told us that it doesn't look like a job well done, and that they are glad that they are going with other roofers; roofers ripped off gutters, nobody took pictures of what was being turned, I mean ripped off the house and tearing off chunks of paint, etc; and while it maybe esthetic, even edges make for a neat look and a better functioning roof.
Gutters were poorly done and required many trips by same and different subcontractors who didn't know what they were doing. We are still not totally satisfied with Gutters.
Robert is a nice guy and said work is guaranteed. A guarantee is only as good as the quality of work? Robert has been out many times, but there are issues that still need to be addressed.

I'm so satisfied with FTC Roofing. Greg Morrell guided me from beginning to end when my roof was completed. When I had any questions, Greg was helpful and quick to respond. I recommended FTC to my sister who also had hail damage. Her roof is expected to be put on soon. Greg was with her and her husband through every step of the way. Good contractors are difficult to come by, but we hit the jackpot with Fisher Thompson. Greg was our sales rep, and he helped guide us through every step of our roof replacement – from offering a fair and balanced perspective on competitors to generating an initial estimate for the project ahead of seeing our insurance claim breakdown when other contractors simply refused to do so. Greg gained our trust by showing a willingness to thoroughly address our concerns and advanced the discussion on our terms. He made choosing Fisher Thompson the obvious decision. After we entered into an agreement, he kept us routinely updated on the availability of the materials that we wanted, which were back ordered due to high demand from the storm that affected many in the area. When the product was eventually available , the work was carried out in a swift fashion with Fisher Thompson even doubling up the crew size to accelerate the work in an effort to complete it prior to an impending snowstorm. The 2 stars are only for the roof that they did well. Over all one of the worst company I’ve ever worked with. I was told they would have the work done in August, it was not finished until November. Multiple times they tried to charge me for work which was not done. The owner told me I was not worth “the drive out to discuss these charges.” I finally had to setup a meeting with my insurance agent and the company representative Robert. I still ended up paying for work which they did not do. Their final bill to me had a line item with a charge to me saying work not done.
If you use them only have them do your roof is my advice.

Greg assisted with the navigation for the next steps of an appeal. Eventually, due to another storm, my roof was replaced. He was beside me for the lengthy process.

Matt managed our roof replacement due to some hail damage this summer. Fisher Thompson also helped replace our gutters. Matt specifically was always prompt and available for me and even came out when my insurance agent inspected our damage to ensure they caught everything. It was truly invaluable and assisted in ensuring our insurance agent captured all our damage not just the roof and gutters. All adjustments with my insurance company were handled properly and there was no pressure from Fisher Thompson to get extra work but they always offered work that was covered under our claim. Any changes or updates to the work was communicated to us and all work was done to my expectations as well as the county inspectors expectations. All workers were cordial, competent, prompt and cleaned up properly as well leaving no debris or mess behind. We highly recommend this company for roof and gutter replacements. Fisher Thompson was great to work with, quality roof and gutters in install in a timely manner. Scheduling changed last minute though (which may be common due to materials/weather) and communication could have been better.

I was extremely impressed with Greg Morrell at Fisher Thompson Construction. I first met Greg at the Denver Home Show in early 2023. I asked if he’d come to my home and see if I had any reason to replace my roof. After inspecting the roof he said there was some damage but nothing major. I appreciate his honesty and his non-pushy approach, needless to say I didn’t have the roof replaced at that time. However, when my neighborhood was hit with a major hail storm I knew I had damage so I called Greg. He came out again and confirmed there was major damage to the roof and gutters. At this point I hired Fisher Thompson to do the job. Greg was professional throughout the whole process and kept me updated each step of the way. I was out of town the month of July when they did the repairs and Greg still kept me posted on the progress of the project. He sent me pictures and let me know once the job was complete. I’m so glad that I hired this company and felt comfortable throughout the whole process.
