I once heard that with home contractor work, you can only get 2 of 3: timeliness, quality and cost effective. Flabio has done two projects with us (flat roof replacement and interior work) and, frankly, he and his team are the first we have encountered that have fulfilled all three. To add to that, it’s clear he sincerely cares about the work done and his customers, providing a personal touch.

We were already planning to replace our roof when we decided to sell our house. Our real estate agents suggested Flavio Reyes and his company, FSR Roofing Contractors Inc. Flavio was very responsive, communicating by email, text, and phone call. He gave us a reasonable quote for the roof and new gutters and downspouts, and started within a week. We also needed some other services to get the house ready: recaulking and painting the exterior, some repairs to the deck, buffing up the granite countertops in the kitchen, installing a new backsplash, and painting the entire interior. Flavio again quoted us fair prices for the work and his crew and subcontractors were able to do it all. Flavio came by once or twice every day to check on the progress of the work, answer any questions we might have, and tell us what would be happening next. It wasn't unusual to get emails from him late in the evening to answer questions. All his workers were friendly, respectful, kept the work site clean, and worked very hard. We were extremely happy with Flavio and FSR, and I always felt that he understood our needs, respected us, and gave us great value for the money. I would call him again anytime. AND, with Flavio and his crews having put the house in such great shape, it sold the second day it was on the market!

We were very happy with FSR roofing - they gave us a competitive quote and when I accepted they started the work the next day and were finished within two days. They did some out-of-scope additional work at a very fair price. I would use them again.

Fabio was wonderful...my mom is elderly and he had done her siding in 2015 and she had to have the back roof done and he worked with her. I would definitely recommend him for all you home improvement needs

FSR roofing has replaced three roofs for me at three different IHOP restaurants that I operate. Flavio the owner is a hard worker who is diligent dependable respectful and gets the job done. He has also built out a 25 x 50 foot patio and it looks great. Hire FSR you won’t be disappointed.

I considered half a dozen different contractors to replace the hail-damaged vinyl siding on my home in Fredericksburg. My selection of FSR proved to be an excellent choice. They did the work on schedule, were reasonably priced, and made every effort to assure the work was "right." I had a commercial roof replaced in Falls Church and am really satisfied with the new roof and the work that was done. The price was fair and it was easy to communicate with the owner and get updates.

Our townhome roofing was replaced by FSR. Thorough communication through verbal and email. The company owner also is present on the projects and will speak about the quality of the materials and warranty. The contractors will take photos of the roof and attic for areas that need immediate attention. FSR are the primary contractors and will not use sub-contractors to complete their work. FSR will go above and beyond expectations and we were extremely satisfied of the work completed.
