We had a really great experience working with Brandon and his team.

He did a range of tasks for a property that we purchased in Stanton, Kentucky, including installation of cameras, electronic door, knobs, washer, and dryer, full interior painting, etc.

They completed the work fairly on time, and did a wonderful job. I feel like (Brandon) is extremely honest with his work and make sure to do things correctly. He gives really great insights and truly listens to your goals as a client as well.

Because of this, there are certain items that could be higher in cost (Candidly, we ended up going with a different contractor for certain things), But as I mentioned, much of this results from wanting to do things the “right” way instead of cutting corners. Highly recommend And we will certainly be working with them again in the future for the next project as well!

Brandon and his team installed a new stackable washer and dryer set for me when time was of the essence in my particular situation. Their work was fast and efficient, they obviously knew exactly what they were doing, were always kind, patiently answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves way better than I could’ve done myself. I will definitely be having them back to do more work for me in the future. Highly recommended! Thank you, Fryer Construction!!

Brandon and Jeremi are the best! Had water problems going into my garage, they changed the walk-in door location and sealed up the old location including, concrete block, new wall and water sealing everything, and new siding to match. It all looks wonderful. Done in a timely manner. The crew was here when they said they would be. (The weather didn't hold them off.) All the people were kind and considerate, easy to work with. I will work with them again if needed for the upkeep of my home or if a new project comes along.

We hired Freyer Construction to renovate our master bathroom and fix a few water damaged areas in our home. They did an awesome job! The guys were friendly and professional, worked hard, were helpful and communicative, and we are in love with our new bathroom. It looks great!

UPDATE: I hired Fryer Construction for another small project (motorized driveway gate installation). What should have been easy and straightforward turned into weeks of troubleshooting (due to faulty materials, not wrongdoing or faulty actions of Brandon's team). Brandon's team worked dilligently and tirelessly to identify and fix the problems (which involved being outside for hours in inclement weather), and when that was not possible, they removed/uninstalled all faulty materials and then found and reinstalled new materials. They were committed to seeing the project through completion until my new gate was operational. So, as I said in my original review, I would happliy hire and recommend Fryer Contruction again.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I hired Fryer Construction to make some improvements in my master bath and vent my kitchen exhaust fan. Brandon’s team was able to complete both jobs in the same day seamlessly. They were on schedule and within budget. Also, he and his assistant were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process — before, during, and after — which was especially reassuring. Any questions I had, they answered and provided information when I needed it. I would happily hire Brandon and his team again as well as recommend them without hesitation.

Brandon Fryer charged me $5874 for $1500 job, which included drywall and flooring installation in a small area! In addition to financial fraud he didn't even do a quality work: floor was left uneven, large gaps between pieces of vinyl, baseboards, sliding door to the patio, unattached carpet. He cannot be called a contractor, but a crook.

I had 2 big bay windows replaced and 5 normal sized windows. All about 60 years old. Not an easy task. The quality of work that brandon and his team did on my house was amazing. Hard working team. Timely. And always responds back. I couldnt be happier. Highly recommend.
