I would not recommend him to anyone. Finally after 6 months of trying to get our fence put in that Ted quit during the middle of, the new contractor was able to physically rip out a panel of fencing that Ted installed. Actually the only panel he installed. The reason being was, he used foam spray to, attempt, install a 6 foot privacy fence in our back yard. Had he not quit, and finished the job, our fence would have fallen out almost immediately. Please do not let this guy do any work on your home. He clearly has not clue what he is doing. He took on a job he had no knowledge of doing, nor proper machinery, nor does he communicate to any sort of professional standard. Pay the extra money, and hire a legit contractor, and one that won't quit 4 months into a job.
He also left trash thru our yard, whenever he did show up lol. He left two empty GetGo peanutbutter cookie containers, and endless cigarette butts. Im not being petty, but I have 3 young children, and a dog. We do not smoke, and would rather he took his trash with him, and not leave cigarette butts in our yard.

Contacted Ted through home adviser to install a privacy fence at our home. Paid him 5k end of February. Put the order in for our fence 3 weeks after we paid him. And in between the price of the fence went up 700$ that we had to eat bcuz Ted didn't put the order in right away. But that's just the beginning of the extra money this guy tried to tack on after giving us a initial price. To give a quick rundown we paid 5k end of February. We finally received our order on April 22, Ted began the outline for our fence, and it was not what we told him we wanted, so we had to again, wait for the new permit for him to start the project again. Once we finally received the revised permit, beginning of May, it then took Ted an additional month to just install ONE panel of our fence and dig 2 additional fence posts. He needed us to rent a machine because he does not have the proper machinery to install fencing, and lied about the price, almost $300 more than from when we called to get quotes on the exact machine, at the exact location Ted contacted. Long story short, Ted does not communicate, does not have proper machinery, and is not professional. Do not hire him. I feel taken advantage of to be honest. This guy is a joke and shouldn't be in buisness.
