We hired Frontline after our house was damaged by 2 hail storms in August of 2019. They said they would take care of all of the damage done and we paid them in full to do so. Our roof was replaced fairly quickly and that seemed like a good sign, the windows and siding took them a year to get to and they still have yet to replace the sliding glass door and finish the exterior trim.

They left a mess after doing the siding. We have called numerous times to get someone to tell us what’s going on and find out why it has taken so long and only once was I able to get someone on the phone. He said they’re busy and they would get to us after they finished their current project. That was over a year ago, we’ve heard nothing since.

This was our first homeowners insurance claim and first time dealing with contractors and it was a super frustrating experience. They had no problem taking our money and making promises, but it’s been over 3 years now and they bailed on the work they were paid for and agreed to do.

I would highly recommend Frontline Consultants & Contracting for your roof replacement needs. They did an excellent job on our home.
