Excellent support throughout the whole claim process followed by high quality work on our roof, gutters and other claimed damage. When other roofers were quoting nearly 2x the price and 2x the time, Frontier delivered a re-roof of our mountain home in only 2 days and a hail storm didn’t even slow them down. He went the extra mile in effort. He provided a personal service, delivering a product to my new house that was not part of the sale. He was mostly available by phone, and delivered as promised. My roof passed city inspection quickly. The billing process was smooth as well. I received all invoices and city inspection review in a timely manner. All in all a professional experience. Had Frontier Roofing replace my roof as part of a remodel project combined with an insurance claim for hail damage. They were one of the hardest working and respectful crews I have ever experienced. We were present throughout this process and the men working were polite and they worked long hours to get the job completed in as short of a time as possible. The crew did a great job cleaning up as they went and I was impressed the overall job and the workmanship. I would use them again.

New Braunfels Presbyterian Church had a bad roof leak after a couple of big rains. I called Wes on behalf of the church on a Friday morning. Met the installer at 3 o’clock that afternoon and by 4:15 the problem was resolved!

They replaced both my mom's roof and mine, taking great care to protect our yards and pool areas beforehand. Communication was excellent every step of the way, and did a walkthrough after the job was done to explain the work. They were knowledgeable in dealing with insurance. Following a damaging storm, I had tons of storm chasers running through my neighborhood. Of course they all offered free inspections and wanted to coordinate with the insurance and blah blah blah. I was weary of hiring out of towners, being a contractor myself; I knew the importance of having a smaller time company with that wanted to produce value and would be available when I rung them up for any future 'warranty' issues. I heard about a friend of mine's experience with them and knew they had an awesome local team. Jason was a no nonsense, non pushy salesman who quoted the repairs at what seemed to be a fair market for a shingle roof rate through my research. When I approved the repairs, Gil made himself available to handle any issues and installation detail questions I had. The crew was hardworking, fast, and good at what they did. Picked up after themselves and I now I am left with nothing but great things to say about them. I would recommend Frontier Roofing to all of my family and friends should they ever need roofing services.

Amazing company!!!! Very quick to respond and start on our roofing project. They made sure that we were getting correct coverage from our insurance. They completed the project very quickly and it looks amazing! They also did a great job with keeping roofing nails to a minimum on the ground. Very trustworthy company and the only one we will use for future projects.

Frontier team was awesome to work with. High winds tore a portion of our roof off. Team was very thorough and efficient- inspecting our whole roof to make sure no other damage and then quickly replacing what was damaged.

His crew worked tirelessly to accomplish the large job of my duplex. The team was conscientious and worked to clean up and leftover debris created by the job. I went to Facebook looking for someone who could modify our roof (remove old water solar panels, remove a kick out and relay our roof), replace shingles, paint the exterior and replace the gutters.

It started by Georgia reaching out to me via Facebook after making a request for roofer details. From that moment on the communication and professionalism of this team was awesome. Georgia made sure to listed to all my crazy request and gripes. She made a true effort to build trust during that first meeting and she was successful. After she listened to all the wants from us she got with her team and within the week of meeting we had a quote and timeline presented to us which was so quick.

Brandon was the Frontier rep who was on site everyday that the roof modifications were taking place. He supervised his crewed the whole time while they work on the roof. His crew maintained a very respectful and clean work area. Brandon communicated often and was very professional. He made us feel like we didn't need to micromanage any part of the roofing process.

Jason is the owner of the this branch and he really did a great job. He was on site during the painting and gutter install. During this process he communicated often. Kept us informed of any changes to dates, timelines and modification to services. His painter went above and beyond to ensure we made the right choice. The painter was also very willing to educate us with any questions we had. Jason made sure that the site was cleaned and that the contractors were respectful with our property while present.

In summary, Jason and his team were amazing to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any home modifications you may have.
