We had a full roof replacement done with this company. They completely handled everything from start to finish, including assisting in filing the claim with our insurance company. When we had to have a second adjustment made, they were patient and worked through the issue with our adjuster to make sure that we had exactly what we needed to get the entire roof done to our satisfaction. Everyone showed up on time and left our property in pristine condition after they were finished with the job. They also sent photos while the work was in progress since we were not at home during the noisiest part. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely call them again for any roofing work that we might need in the future.

Simpli Roofing provided professional installation and communication. They completed the job as stated and within the price quoted. Our church is very thankful to Alex for helping us complete this project.

Paul was very professional throughout the entire process. The quality of roofing materials Simpli Roofing used was top notch! Paul came back after the installation was completed to make sure everything was done to the highest of standards. Paul was extremely responsive with every question I had. He walked me through the process and after everything was completed Paul was able to work with me and walk me through everything my home owners insurance company needed. All I was out of pocket was my deductible.

I'm always skeptical when someone knocks on my door about home repairs. While driving by, Alex had noticed missing shingles on my roof (which I hadn't seen because of the way I always approach my house). I allowed him to go up on the roof and afterwards, he showed me the photos of the additional storm damage I couldn't see from the ground.

After we discussed it, he laid out my roofing options, and we developed a plan to remove and replace all of the shingles, damaged vents, and some decking. Then, he worked directly with my insurance company, both on the phone and in person, when their inspector came to look at the roof. All through the process, he made sure I understood every step and reviewed all of the paperwork with me and answered my questions.

My insurance company agreed with Alex's assessment and we established a schedule. The new materials and crew showed up on time (actually a little early!) and completed the job, including removal of ALL debris within the proposed timeline. Alex then did a walk-around with me to verify we were both satisfied with the quality of the work. Again, VERY PROFESSIONAL!

We have our roof replaced by Simpli Roofing on November 16, 2021. They got it done within a day. Everything went smoothly. They were professional and always kept me posted about the progress. The manager was responsible and ensured the work done correctly and the staff clean up the scene. No issue with the roof so far. No hassle with insurance reimbursement. Easy to work with. Got it done as our expectations. Highly recommended. One funny twist is that there was a company in Georgia having the same name as this company and it had a bad record in BBB. But, this company in Texas is not. Again, check for yourself. They are good people.

Simpli Roofing handled storm damages on two of my rental properties, one in Lewisville and one in flower mound. I dealt with Alex and he was very professional from start to finish. I liked the work they did on my first rental back in late 2020 that I had them go ahead and proceed with #2. Alex is very knowledgeable and clearly knows the insurance process very well and has the know-how to deal with not-so-helpful adjusters as I had on my second claim. He has also inspected 3 other rentals of mine and let me know I am all set and even provided photos to me. I cannot recommend Simpli roofing and their crew any more. Highly recommend.
