Service writers are always professional and polite, willing to take picture and videos of the problems they found to actually show you the problems. Explained why some things on my alignment couldn't be changed. Also the mechanics are willing to come up and explain everything about your car they found.

I’m giving them 5 stars because they did do good work but I do think their shop labor rate is kinda high.

Tony helped us find what we were looking for and Tyler made the paperwork relatively painless. Also helped with the newer technology.

What started out as a stressful situation (as any expensive and unexpected fix can be) ended up being an overall positive experience. They got my wife’s vehicle in and fixed quickly and were very pleasant throughout it all!

Can’t give a zero but the fact not one call regarding work done! Show up and 1000 bucks and oh duh I’m sorry didn’t call you and spent all your money! Expect nothing less in small town when the wrong last name! Horrible experience and regular customer GONE and car has foot prints on seats and worse than when took i did give you my info and even left info on seat you blamed a system error you full of crap dude! Found parts on my floor from cabin filter can't even own up! Claim call her! Her number was NEVER in your system mine was when made the appointment! Total lies service manager and crystal both full of it! Won't be back that's 2x now! Was daughter owner of car? Registered owner?? Nope! Just excuses! I'll gladly share my opinion fact Everytime rotated tires can't even sync the TPMS! Totally worthless company only full of excuses! Charged me for cabin filter but didn't even put one in! Next time?? Won't be a next time at this scam of a company

Drew was wonderful.. Tyler… when someone writes a check for over 20K for one of your vehicles don’t say here’s a pen for you then when the put it in their pocket when done signing.. Never ask For it back… really embarrassed me… just about told you what you could do with your pens and walked out !!!

Had a great car shopping experience with Drew and Tyler. They are very informative, helpful, and made the car buying process a dream!

I had a flat tire and stopped at Friesen Tire in Sutton, NE about 50 miles from my home. As soon as I walked in the shop and stated that I had a tire to be fixed, the lady behind the counter asked for my keys and drove my pickup into the shop. The person working on the tire told me that this might be a tough puncture to fix as the object that punctured my tire was a blade shaped object. However, he did a good job and the repair was successful. They mounted the repaired tire and also put the spare back in its place. I was in and out of the shop in about 20 minutes. I am from Lincoln, NE and was a new costumer to Friesen Tire. The tire shops in Lincoln would probably have said that I could pick up my repaired tire in a couple of days. Thank you, Friesen tire for your excellent service.

Allen was a great help in getting me what I needed along with what I wanted. Very considerate of my time from ordering to the delivery. Tyler went above and beyond with the paperwork. A special thanks to Corona for his play in finishing the process. Great experience.

I contacted over twenty Chevrolet dealerships while looking to purchase a new truck.
