Sam and Angela were so helpful throughout the entire process. They were always available for our questions and super responsive to every need we had. They really took the time and effort to make sure everything was how we wanted it and that it was done right. The entire project was very seamless and fast! We have lived in Cherry Hill Village for 21 years and have had the exterior painted 3 times with 3 different painting companies. . An average of every 4/5 years. Fresh Image was our last painters 4 years ago and our paint still looks like new. We have taken advantage of the maintenance program every year and don't foresee having to repaint the whole house anytime in the future
This year along with the maintenance we did request an estimate to paint the floor of the porch and did have them paint the floor of the wrap around porch that I had always done in the past.

I hired Fresh Image to repaint our home’s entire first floor. The consultation was performed by the owners who were professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. They helped us determine proper color schemes for each room, helping to ensure they flowed well with each other. They even made a suggestion for wainscoting in our living room, which I hadn’t considered, and they were also able to complete our crown molding which was otherwise left undone in our family room - both turned out beautifully!

Trust me you do not want Fresh Image in your home. I’ve been patient and gracious and dealt total disrespect by Fresh Image. They did a bathroom remodel, painted kitchen cabinets and did backsplash in kitchen. Nothing went well with the projects, I had a mess. For this review I’ll focus on the bathroom remodel in August/September 2023. You’ll see a set of pictures with ridiculous grout and caulk in shower. Then you'll see the touch ups they did in attempt to make it look better. The owner Sam says there is nothing wrong with my shower and even used my bathroom pictures on his Facebook page to advertise. I’ll share his post/pics as well, zoom in for a closer look.

We have a 3/4 inch gap at front of tub, as it goes around the tub it gets smaller, the wall is not flush by no means, areas off more than inch, the tile job is terrible (some tiles have huge gaps while other tiles are nearly touching), niche is unlevel and the tiles are not cut straight nor set level. The niche shelf is installed with rough / unpolished edge facing out. The list goes on and on. The pictures are worth a thousand words. The unlevel tiles and monster gap was filled with PVC and white caulk around the tub. Sam will not redo the shower nor make restitution, He will be very nice until challenged and then simply refuses to listen or let you talk. Talks over you, plays the victim, and tries to convince you that the work is beautiful and says he does tons of bathroom remodels and his work is better than other contractors. I’m here to warn others and save them the heartache, money, and experience I’ve had. Sam and his crew know everything I’m saying is true but at the end of the day Fresh Image has been paid and that’s what is important to them. Taking my kindness and patience for granted and banking on I would carry on silent and just let it “settle-in”. How does cemented tiles settle in and how does an eye sore like this meet a professionals standards?

I asked another contractor to look at my shower and give me a quote. Sam told me because I brought another contractor in it has voided his warranty. I guess he voids his warranty if you have another contractor look at his work.

I have tons of pictures, there is so so so much more but as I stated above, I’m just focusing on the shower. I anticipate a response that he offered to do touch ups and anything I have going on is very minor, I made the decision to involve another contractor, and declined his offer for “touch ups”. What he won’t say is that he himself said he was embarrassed by the work but when the rubber meets the road he talks out of both sides of his mouth. Bottom line he will not take the hit financially to do what is right. Told me it looks beautiful, tells me my bathroom pics are selling bathrooms for him. Then told me it would be a lot to redo the shower and felt bad and just let things settle in for a bit, it doesn’t look that bad. Then when I pushed back he justifies his decision of refusal to make restitution with me by calling me picky and says there is absolutely nothing wrong with the shower.

To make this shower right is not minor touch ups. While I realize most people wouldn’t believe these images are how my bathroom shower has been left by (so called professionals) Fresh Image. This is where I am and forced to out of pocket thousands to get this redone by another company. It is the end of Feb, I’ve been more than patient and my review is long overdue.

They under promised and over delivered.

The owners also made an accommodation after the contract was signed to allow us to change things around, without a hassle or added cost.

We had living room ceiling/wall drywall replaced as well as electrical, paint, flooring, and trim. The room looks 1000% better. The crew were professional and the crew lead (Greg) very helpful throughout. Completed on time and on budget.

Decided to use Fresh Image after a neighbor recommended them. They did a very nice job on our house and our neighbor’s house. They were not able to reach some trim on the top of a two story chimney but I hope to get that covered with aluminum trim.

Owner Samuel hung the phone up on me and refuse to take my calls after I wanted him to honor a maintenance agreement that we both signed when I purchased his company's services to paint my house in 2016. Now all I get are excuses and no action to maintenance my house. He got the job and was paid in full. Now he does not want to honor the maintenance contract and increases his prices on a wimp. And he puts his wife up to do the dirty work for him and puts her in front of the customer. He is a man who needs some training in customer service and honoring his agreement. BUYER BEWARE!!! I would not recommend Fresh Image to anyone considering getting their house remodeled or anything else.

What was once a cold storage space, Fresh Image has reimagined and transformed into comforting haven. My basement is small and I never thought that I would ever get it finished. Very happy with the work. We had the exterior of the house painted and it looks fantastic. Company communication was fast and professional. We actually ran into one minor issue during the job but it was corrected immediately without any questions or hassle. The best measure of any business is how they respond when things don't go perfectly. They stand by their work and we plan to use them again for future projects.

painters were very rude and did a bad job. when I pointed out to a supervisor how one crew member painted over the windows I was told give him a break it's his first day. They never came back to fix the poor quality. Asked for money before it was done. Don't use them.

We had a wonderful experience with Sam and his crew. They just completed an exterior paint job on our 1940s home that included replacing several rotting boards and fixing mistakes made by the previous owners' paint job. We had Shane and his team come out to remodel our kitchen. My wife and I are completely blown away by the fantastic results! Our cabinets are from the 70s with deep wood grain and a lot of wear and tear. The extra effort they took to repair our old damaged cabinets, fill in the deep wood grain and patch the ceiling was unexpected, but absolutely appreciated! They look like brand new cabinets straight from the showroom now.

Fresh Image is not the lowest cost option. We were even a bit skeptical at first, but the work speaks for itself. They even cleaned our kitchen before they left! If you’re on the fence about which painting company to go with, give Sam (the owner) a call and get the project done right. You won’t regret it once you see the finished product!

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs exterior painting. Not only did they do a stellar job painting my house they took the time to ensure that everything was in order down to the last detail before completely cleaning up the job site and leaving. Every single person that I interacted with from Fresh Image was extremely professional, friendly, and polite. You can tell that they are very experienced at their craft via the way they conducted their business. I was shocked at how methodical the crew was. Each person had a job and they worked together to get my home completely painted way faster than I originally forecasted.

They were on time for every single appointment (quote, power washing, and paint) - I cannot understate how important it is for a contractor to strictly adhere to their appointments.

When going though the quote and scheduling process I interacted with Angela. She was awesome. She was extremely responsive and answered every question/comment/concern quickly and professionally. She provided peace of mind leading up to the scheduled day of painting.

I can't say enough good things about this company! Got an estimate last fall, knowing it may be too late in the season for exterior paint. They came to the house and painted a piece of raw wood I had replaced before a gutter went up, just so it would be covered for the winter before they could get to my job this spring. Their price was more than fair for the work that needed to be done. They provided access to a color consultant to help me choose how to accent in my 1950, Falling Water-ish mid-century craftsman. When they arrived this spring, they came in full force with a great crew. They replaced rotted wood, sanded old paint, caulked, painted, stained, and truly gave my home a much needed "Fresh Image." In 3 days (would have been less without rain), my house looks amazing! They cleaned up after themselves and left my place looking like they had never been there -- except it looked A LOT better when they left. I highly recommend this company. Thinking about having them do a laundry room remodel in the winter. :)

We had our basement completely refinished and they did an amazing job! In less than 2 weeks, we had a beautiful finished and functional basement!

Fresh Image just completed a basement project for us, which included: putting up drywall, crown molding, epoxy floor, closets, carpet on the stairs down to the basement, added lighting and electrical plugs and creating a few rooms within our space.

Fresh Image was the first company we had come out to give an estimate for our basement remodel, and their professionalism and recommendations stuck with us. What we contracted for was what we got, and Sam's team went above and beyond to get the job done in the two week timeline that was promised, including working through a week long power outage at our house. Very unprofessional on negotiating contract terms and does not have a word spoken to you that is honored. Craftmenship on work being performed is very poor and employees appearance is not professional nor is the mess they leave behind. I would not recommend this company even if they offered to paint your home for free.

We hired them to completely repaint the outside and inside of our house. They were fairly well priced and Sam made a great impression. We also had a good referral from a friend. They were able to paint the outside in 2 days and the inside in about 6 days. We have a fairly large house so they moved fast. Overall, they painted the walls well. They were rushed to finish up and so a number of walls really only had 1 coat of paint. The guys assured me that if I found anything that needed to be touched up, I could contact them and they would come back. I found a few small walls that I could touch up myself. Then after a while, I found that the foyer and kitchen, which have very high ceilings, really needed another coat of paint. They sent a small crew out and fixed what needing fixing.

price is reasonable and competitive. the crew has done a generally good job, although some spots of the house have been skipped. finished the whole house including garage, windows, doors, all exposed wood trim in 3 days. the communication is one weak link. they changed starting date twice without advanced notice.
