What a positive experience! The entire process from the planning stage to completion stage went great with no delays. Everyone was professional and this was truly a great experience.

The way their employees act has made sure that I'll never hire them. My neighbor is getting their roof redone by them in Richmond and so we've had Frazer Building Company trucks parked up and down the road. The workers are some of the most unprofessional I've ever encountered. They left their trash all over my lawn (water bottles, wood scraps, plastic bags), and when I went to clean it up, I realized that the water bottles laying in my lawn were in fact their piss bottles, and they were all filled with PEE. I'm not even the one using their services, it's my neighbor! Absolutely disgusting company. I'd never hire them just on the account that I'd be embarrassed if my neighbors knew that I brought people like this to the neighborhood. On top of that, they keep parking in front of people's driveways. If they keep doing it I'll just call the police.

I don't know anything about the company, but I constantly see one of their vehicles driving in Richmond. It's some older guy (maybe about 60's?)and he must be driving almost 70 down Armada Ridge. It's happened twice where he was driving behind me and riding my tail. He was so close I couldn't see his headlights in my rear-view. There is absolutely no reason to be driving like that. It's irresponsible and endangering to other drivers.

Frazer is one of those now rare companies that truly shows how they value customers. I know some of their customers and have seen their work. They are honest and their crews work hard and delivery quality work. And if you are lucky to have Noah Green on your job you will be blessed.

Noah (other wise know previously as the long haired hippie) is a hard worker. Noah is very passionate and I have always heard him talk highly of Frazier building. Frazier seems to be a very professional company dedicated to helping their customers make their dreams a reality. They go above and beyond helping their customers achieve their goals on their projects. I love that this company does good honest work and is investing and teaching the next generation.

Had a roof installed last month . Although they did a great job and the crew did an excellent job cleaning up I am disappointed because when they came out to give an estimate we were quoted one price and changed another. We were never told when they came out to quote the job that if there were 2 layers there would be an upcharge. After they had the roof torn off is when Tom came to the door and told my husband it would be an additional 1500 because there was a 2nd layer . I feel as though this should have been mentioned when he came out that if there were 2 layers it would cost more or if he was unsure he should of checked to see how many layers . I have reached out the company by stopping in , phone calls and emails with no reply . I feel as though this company owes me 1500. So I recommend if your going to use them ask if there are any hidden charges that may occur . I have used this company in the past and recommended to family and friends sorry to say this will not be the case any longer . Tom reached out to me today and we came to an agreement. I have to say he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. This company is one of the few that if they make a mistake they are more than willing to make it right . Thank you Frazer builder's and Tom for doing what is right.

They have worked with me during the COVID debacle when we were hit by a tornado, so there have been challenges. Getting companies out to even quote was a challenge at the time, and they came in with the best price. The job has been going on for a year, so the timing has not been great. They are working with me to get a couple of leaks fixed after having replaced the roof last year. And there are a few pieces of Certainted siding that are flawed from the manufacturer and need to be replaced. Jeff seems willing to get everything done, but it takes some patience, staffing a construction company is challenging right now.

Always on time and courteous had time to say Good Morning to my dog we have a 100 year old home and they were very careful dismantling and replacing things in the house. Improvement's exceeded our expectations,our only complaint is that we didn't call them soon. Thanks again.

We had a leaky roof that was pouring into our living room. Jeff had one of the guys come out and advise what to do and helped us with communicating with our insurance company. Very smooth process.

Frazer reviewed my roofing project to rebuild the structure over our back door, very competitive estimate. Scheduled for next month so looking forward to the improvement. Will update once it's done but so far I think we're in good hands.

Took 7 days to do siding 2 out of the 4 workers were excellent the other 2 were useless in my opinion But it turned out awesome

We had a window installed where there previously was not a window as well as a door from our garage to our patio, which again there previously was not a door.
Everyone has been nothing but polite and professional. They cleaned up everything and was all completed very quickly.
We were so impressed that we are having our siding, windows and gutters replaced by them.

Jeff from Fraser Building Company came out to quote a new roof, provided a fair price with a quality product. Once the roofing crew started (delays to weather) they did an excellent job, the clean up was very good as well. I would highly recommend company for your home improvement needs.

The Frazer Building Company crew came out to our house today and replaced the gutter that ran along the side of my detached garage. The access is tight and I have had other contractors come out for a quote but have not returned to do the work. This crew happened to have all the material in hand, so they gave me a quote and completed the work in under two hours! They were very professional in their interaction and very patient. They did not try to oversell me and, most importantly, I am very happy with the work that they did. I will definitely hire this team again for any future roofing/gutter projects.

Dale came out to our house and gave us a quote for new windows and sliding door. Dale was very professional and his team of installers did an amazing job installing the windows in our house. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for good quality work!

Your team of workers was polite, friendly neat and on time with the installation of Monogram vinyl siding, insulation panels, custom aluminum trim and TandoStone Creek Ledgestone panels really makes my house stand out. Salesman showed up to give estimate on new Trex replacement deck boards. Showed up unprepared, during his walk through said minimum for deck is $50 plus per square foot and stated they're middle of the road pricing. We let him finish his estimate, said his price is good for 5 days due to prices going up. Called 2 days later with outrageous price without even telling us what he's providing. He said he'd rather be high and work his way down from there. Found a legit Trex authorized dealer/installer for half the price. Do your research before hiring this outfit.

showed up unprepared without any deck color samples or brand samples and then gave us an insane estimate. we went to several stores to price the materials ourselves and then had another estimate by a certified trex deck contractor that is $20,000 LESS for the same job.so glad we did the research before hiring.

Patio door shattered Weds afternoon, made a call to Frazer immediately...Dale said he'd be right there. I figured at least an hour or so considering past experiences with other contractors. He was there in literally 10 minutes! He was friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. He said the new door could be installed Friday, and it was! They showed up promptly Friday morning and got right to work. The job was done thoroughly and carefully. The door is of good quality. They left the site clean, no lingering nails or mess. It's like the door was never broke. This is unheard of in a time where "COVID" delays everything. We are satisfied. Will use them again and most definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Update* I just used this company again at my new house and I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this company is.* This company went over and above all my expectations. I am finding it very hard to get people to come out and work if they even answer the phone. This company returned my call came out within days and while they were doing the estimate found a hole in my roof covered it up for me and then came out a week later and did all the repairs for a very reasonable price thank you Frazier building company.

Jeff Frazer and Frazer Building Company is the best company around town! Done several projects at my house and will be doing several more. Most honest guy you could meet!

We had hail storm damage to our roof, siding and windows. Jeff was here only hours after the storm then returned two days later to join our insurance adjuster. The roof was replaced a couple weeks later by 3 very pleasant and professional gentleman. Matching the siding was a problem as it had been discontinued. Jeff and his team walked us through our options. The siding and window crew was just as good as the roofers. Cleaned up after themselves and even improved the insulation around the existing windows ( original installers did not do a great job). Recommended Jeff to 4 neighbors and a friend from church. Call Jeff.

I would give zero stars if it would let me. His crew stole my personal belongings from my carport. Broke my rake and used my electricity while on the job. I told the owner Jeff to let him make it right. Haven't gotten anything back nor heard from him in over a month!!!
Response to your response. It's obvious you don't care about me because I didn't sign your check but that doesn't make it ok. I gave you a heads up and plenty of time to make it right. Maybe next time you will pay more attention to complaints that your crew is guilty of before people have to bash you on here... Glad you are laughing though... Keep my belongings
