Did not do business with this company - this guy uses company instagram page to leave comments under random videos etc. idk y lol. Looking what comments he leaves under random videos on instagram would not recommend - i have no idea why you’re using company page to put people down online…

The owner is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. My experience with this company is terrible and I do not recommend to anyone. My roof fell in after light thunderstorm when I called and spoke to the owner. He told me money fold roof sold and hung up in my face, I do not suggest you do business with this man.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a business. James was in constant contact providing excellent communication. He did everything he said he would. James made a promise and he kept it, providing us with a beautiful new roof. If you need a new roof James Franklin Roofing is the best!

Franklin Roofing!! Wow, these guy's are great. Started on my roof at 8am and was finished by 11:30am with a perfect installation and clean up. If you need any work done on your roof, gutters or siding, please call them. Excellent, excellent work.

Great company, responsible employees who know how to treat their customers! They left my home, decorations, planters and yard the way they found it. The new roof is exactly what I wanted... UK Blue ..and it looks awesome on my house and building! arrived at 630 this morning as promised and the job was complete in 1 day as well! Thank you Franklin roofing for doing all the leg work to have our roof complete ans done right!

I was very impressed with his work, with great attention to detail, which also includes the fact, that even though I had to work while he was replacing my roof, he sent me pictures of the progress, so that I could be updated on the work that was being done
I also must compliment him, for the extra things he did to protect my landscaping, and they left no mess behind

James and his team did an awesome job on our roof! He is very knowledgeable and helped me pick my shingle color, which I love and have had several comments from our neighbors all ready. We have a large roof and his team completed in one day. If you need a new roof or repair call James and his team. Lastly, he was super helpful in working with our insurance company to get the claim in and processed. Very little work on my part. Use Franklin Roofing for any roofing needs, I promise you will be 100% satisfied!

James and his crew did an amazing job on replacing our old storm damaged roof. From communicating with my insurance company to cleaning up after job completion- Franklin Roofing was professional, friendly, fast and clean. There wasn’t a roofing nail one that we could find after the work was done. Brand new roof in less than a day and no sign of major work being done other than a beautiful new roof.
