Would stay far away from this company..came to my door, mentioning "Mike" and "Ryan" down the street just got their roofs done..at least get creative with the names lol. Said I have a guy and don't need inspection, and that my roof guy was terrible if not reaching out to me after every storm, would not let me go when I have kids swimming in pool in the backyard. Said I appreciate it but not interested..was pushy and got very rude fast..in a customer-obsessed industry, not the best way to gain customers bud..heres the guy, highly suggest u don't employ folks like this to represent your company..

I have used Frame Restoration multiple times now and have nothing but amazing things to say about Mike Frame and his crew. They can do anything from roofs to full remodeling. Their work and attention to detail is incredible and they could not be more professional and friendly. I had a new roof done by them last year and it turned out beautiful. Best thing about it was they finished and had everything cleaned up in one day. I just had them come in to get my house ready to list, they touched up and made the house look back to new. Made me change my Roof twice in 8 months duration. Best part is after 1st roof change we had a leak for minor Hail and Mr. Matt convinced me that Insurance wont increase if we do 2nd roof change in just 8 months and he would cover my Deductible and guess what, he vanished with half work and after multiple follow-ups no response so had to use someone else to finish other works then he comes back after couple months and asks for Full Payment for unfinished work too. Total misguidance and my insurance went up by 3 times. I will never recommend these scammers.
