Ben Thomas and his team are very personable and responsive to requests. The company made all milestone timeframes without any change orders. The budget was achieved as planned. The craftsmanship of the work was excellent. I witless highly recommend them.
Update to his reply- Not only are you unprofessional, you are a liar and I have texts to prove so. I never said I wanted something for nothing but it's reasonable to ask if the price quoted for a paint job in a very small bathroom is really close to $800. You want to loot people without explaining, I can pay you 5x your annual salary if I wanted so please stop with the "you can't afford me so I stopped responding to you" and fake apologies. Do not hire this guy - he's a liar on top of being unprofessional. And does not like or want to be held accountable for the job. Do hire if you want to be gaslighted, lied to and ignored though!!
Original review - I contacted him to get a quote on various projects in my house including bathroom remodeling. He came out, emailed the quote which took a long time, then when I had questions on the quote and he didn’t feel like answering, he just ignored my texts. Rude and unprofessional and doesn’t respond in a timely manner or at all!! I’d not trust him to finish my project if he is so evasive and unprofessional with the quote already. Hire him if you like to be ignored and constantly chase him for a response. Does not keep his word and just overall very unprofessional.
