We contracted to have the roof installed in December 2024.The Installation was first rate, the crew excellent. We couldn't ask for a better company to install our roof.
I started with the salesman Tommy Dinwiddie who took extra care and time to ensure all questions were answered to our satisfaction. Carlos the crew foreman was attentive to all our concerns and answered all installation questions and concerns. They left the area spotless when the job was thorough/completed. 1ST RATE ROOF INSTALL by Fox Roofing.
Fox Roofing returned to correct some small issues. They were prompt and the accomplished work was excellent. Tommy Dinwiddie ensured every part of the repair was seamless.
I will not hesitate to recommend Fox Roofing as a 5 Star company

I'm writing this review because apparently it's the only way to provide feedback.
Dude cold calling sucks but cursing at people for saying no thank you is only going to hurt your business.
I work in the trades and work with most trades for my employer coordinating work from 1k T&Ms to million + jobs.
Keep your head and be respectful at all times if you want to succeed.

This review was edited to not create negative reporting on the star algo. I had attempted to call back. Call was rejected.

Have been called by their marketers over a dozen times in the last couple years, and I ask to be removed from their calling list and they just scoff and then hang up. I am not located anywhere near their business, and would never use their services if I was due to their customer service.

Cold called me. I was interested initially then they started asking questions the where not pertaining to a roof at all. When I told the information they where asking for where not needed they kept pushing. U told them I was done and hung up. They called back three times in 20 min. I blocked the number and the called back on a different number. I blocked it. Then they called back on a cell phone. I hung up and blocked that one. Now about every week the call from a different number. They are relentless. The last time I told them it was beginning to be like stalking me.

I had a quote for a roofing job from these guys, decided not to go with them because we got better pricing somewhere else. They've called me back THREE TIMES to ask if I'm still interested! You'd think by the first time I told them I already had my roof done they would have taken me off their list. They keep changing/spoofing their phone number so I can't even block them. I'm only reviewing them for their predatory phone practices, which seems to be a theme across reviews.

I have received so many cold calls from this company, I've asked them each time to take me off of their contact list and they still call me back with the same schpeel 2 weeks later. I try blocking their numbers and they call me from a new number. I don't even live in the state anymore. I wouldn't be inclined to do business with a company who has such disregard for data privacy.

New roof by Fox roofing was installed expeditiously and with good workmanship. After completion of the job a minor problem developed that was given their diligent attention and was finally satisfactorily resolved.

They were really communicative and did a good job. I had a few request changes and the team handled them with ease. Love my new siding!

Calling my 90 year old grandmother who has dementia and trying to sell her a new roof. When I asked why they were calling they said “we just finished a job in the area” and then continued to ask about my grandmother’s house. Companies that try to take advantage of old people are should be closed down.

We are very pleased with Fox Roofing,they did a quality job and followed through on everything we asked of them.They had a very hard working crew to get the job done efficiently and on time.Thanks for all involved with our roofing job!

Just got a phone call from this company. The guy harassed me on the phone when I asked him to be removed from this list. Absolutely disgusting behavior. He sounds like he’s having a terrible day with his cold calls and letting that out on others.

The below response "ensures" I'm permanently removed from the list, and I just got another call a month later....

I got a cold call from Fox Roofing about my house. They clearly used tax or property records to retain my information. I respectfully informed the caller that I was not interested in a call. This frustrated the caller, who scoffed and hastily said "whatever" before hanging up. A bit of advice, if cold calling folks, you should expect people to decline your advance. You should be able to professionally end a call even if a customer were rude, as you were with me in this case.

My dad recommended Fox Roofing, and they did an awesome job. Super professional, quick, and the work looks great. Definitely glad I went with them!

Got called by a very nice guy named Joey at fox, I usually don’t take company calls but I’ve never been on the phone with someone so kind and willing to help! He was great with communication and very professional answered all my questions and now my roof is done and looks amazing!Thank you FOX!

Easy to talk to and very nice guys. When they came and showed me a price, explained my roof and siding pros and cons, I didn't feel cheated or uneasy at all I really appreciate that .

Absolutely terrible experience! They ghosted us for 2+ months AFTER we signed the contract for a new roof. They wouldnt take our calls or call us back. They finally 3 months later subbed it out to a local company. The day the work was finished Fox finally texted —- for their money!! We do not recommend this company at all. The work was subbed out to Timberline Construction who seemed decent and capable. We probably could’ve gone directly thru them and gotten a better deal. Timberline was very professional and responsive to our questions.

I can say haven’t received my service yet. Roof is scheduled to go up tomorrow. I CAN tell you this. Evan was beyond honest and the BEST to work with. He is top notch . Tammy called to schedule my service which was literally tomorrow, when the estimate of construction was about 4 weeks out… works for me, I’m super flexible and was all about knocking it out. She was also freakin awesome. So personable and someone you can talk to like you are a real person. Both Evan and Tammy. Thank you you guys are fn amazing! You deserve a raise! ❤️

I recently had Fox Roofing and Exteriors replace my windows, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. The affordability & quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and my home looks and feels amazing! I recommend Fox for any window or exterior needs! Thank you

Great customer service, all in all. They came out and did a quick thorough inspection, and communicated everything I needed to know very well. Responded respectfully to all my questions, and were transparent in what needed to be done on my roof.

Just received a phone call, no thank you. They called back and said " they weren't selling anything"... then proceeded to ask how old my roof and windows were, obviously for me to pay them for service... that is infact "selling" When cold calling, take the know, don't call back to harras people. Because infact those you harras may be a no now, but will need service in the future... and it won't be from pushy annoying companies that harras. Best of luck.

I used these guys to redo my roof. The job was not completed when they left. I called multiple times to see if they could come out and fix it. Not only did they not call me back to fix it, their sales team called me to sell me a new roof! Finally it was fixed but just today I got another sales call asking me if I wanted a new roof! They say they are a family owned business but they operate like a giant company more concerned with extracting money than cultivating a true relationship with customers. I would NOT recommend.

Fox Roofing cold calls me every few months despite me asking them to never call me again. They want to do a free roof inspection and tell me that considering the age of my home, I likely need a new roof. Hilarious, considering I recently had a new roof installed (not by them). I would never in a million years hire a company like this that aggressively cold calls people to drum up work.

If you have them come out and inspect your home, I wonder, what are the chances that they will find things they need to do? Stear clear of this shady outfit.

Update 04/17/25 - Got another cold call from Fox Roofing. So, thanks for the response, I guess, but it falls flat because you keep calling. Please stop cold calling people for roof replacements. Personally, for me, I would never contract a random company cold calling me for a huge purchase. An added layer of annoyance is that Fox roofing calls from different numbers, so you can't just simply block them.

To anyone shopping around for a roofing contractor, I would suggest avoiding this company. If they did quality work, they wouldn't have to cold call people from some random list of leads.

Update 06/06/25 - Another cold call from these sleeze bags wanting to know if I still owned the home and how old my roof is. I let them know they call me every few months (less than two months now!). They called from 971-415-3248 on 04/17/25, this time around they called from 360-721-1557 so you can't just block the number because they will use a different one next time.

Very satisfied with entire crew of Fox Roofing. Huge job with a few hidden problems and still only took two days. Excellent job folks!!!!

Fox Roofing work crew was fantastic. All work was completed on time and everything was cleaned up daily. I have lots of foundation plants, no plants injured, very surprising since it was a heavy tile roof being replaced. They were always checking in and making sure that all work was completed and we were satisfied. Highly recommend Fox for any roofing needs.

Just had my roof done, here in Richland, Wa with Fox Roofing. Even though the communication with Fox Roofing was less than desirable, the professionalism and workmanship of the installation team was fantastic. The quality of product and warranty is top-notch.

The project was not without turbulence, but once the communication occurred there was a willingness to see me happy and we landed on a fair outcome. It’s unfortunate that I have to give 3 stars, because if communication was a little better at the start, I could have easily provided a 5 star review. I’m glad the roof is done and it looks great!!! They did it in only 4 days.

Everyone from Fox communicated promptly throughout the process. Sales reps Wyatt and Joe were very helpful discussing our roof's condition. The crew did great work (we hardly noticed them) and cleaned up thoroughly. They were great to work with and would recommend to others.

100% satisfied with the experience of working with Fox Roofing. Everybody was great. Tanner the canvasser and Joe the estimator were very polite and not pushy. They were fairly priced and have great warranties. 50 years!

Communication with Tammy and Shane couldn't have been better.

Communication with the crew wasn't the best (language barrier) but when the foreman arrived it was much better. Their quality of work was awesome and roof looks great!

I met with cameron and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional and reassured me that fox roofing was the way to go. May not of been the cheapest route but like they say, you get what you pay for. Great job all around, would recommend for anyone in the Vancouver or Portland area.

Got cold called by this company. The woman said they were wrapping up business in my neighborhood and wondered how my roof was and if it had any issues. I have a fairly new roof and no problems but when I started to tell her this I didn’t even finish speaking and she abruptly hung up on me.
Don’t call me looking for business and then be rude.

From start to finish the experience was great. I met with four company’s in searching for a roof and chose Shane and Fox Roofing because they were professional and pleasant and we worked together to make the best choice for my home. And Tammy was GREAT!!!

Fox came out & did a thorough inspection on my roof & gave me tons of information! They were very professional & honest with my options. I’m a first time homeowner and they were very helpful and I chose to go with them for my roof install.

Shane and Joe with Fox Roofing on time, polite, honest and careful. I set an appointment for an inspection and they were honest about the condition of the roof. if I needed one, I would definitely use them!

From start to finish, my experience with Fox Roofing was stellar! I met with Wyatt and he was very thorough and set great expectations on what to expect. I worked with Tammy in the office and they delivered on their promise! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Very odd interaction: I was cold-called by a really friendly gentleman that offered to send a representative out to inspect my roof, which I had been wanting to do, so I agreed to a next-day inspection. However, when the scheduler called me back he refused to send someone out unless my wife would be present as well. I tried to explain that my wife was not interested in being available for an inspection, had to work, and was comfortable with me being the one available. He said it was "company policy" and that the owner would be "upset" if both adults who lived at the home were not present, tried pushing later times in the day with me and ultimately did not allow me to schedule the inspection, when I repeated to him that she would not be available, but that I was happy to meet.

How odd is that? I can understand for signing a contract to do work that you'd want both home-owners, but not for an inspection. Not wanting to engage in any business with a potential client that you cold-called because their spouse isn't available is very bizarre business...we will be looking elsewhere for service.

I have an Owens Corning roof on my house as does three or four neighbors here in Camas! All of us are very pleased with quality work. Yes, I recommend fox roofing call them for estimate ask for Dee.

Roofing team and supplies arrived on time but had to wait for a minor rain to let up. They still got it all done before dinner and cleaned up. No damage to shrubs, etc. Price was cheaper than some and higher than others, but we feel we got what we paid for. Happy us.

Evan is such a helpful, kind, and patient man!! We had no idea what we needed but he has all the right answers and prices, I truly would recommend him to anyone!!

Cold called our cellphone and home phone numbers; all of which are listed on the do not call registry. The caller was rude and dismissive. I'd be very careful doing business with an organization that conducts itself like that.

Edit: The idea that they are unaware of otherwise not culpable for the cold calls is pathetically laughable. My contact phone numbers have been listed in the do not call registry since the inception of those systems. This is a predatory, downright evil company and if they’re willing to ignore something as simple as no-solicitation requests they’re undoubtedly going to attempt to con you, screw you, and otherwise rip you off.

Under no circumstances should you consider this company for your home needs. There are many cost-effective, reputable and HONEST businesses you can work with in the area.

Fox did an amazing job on our roofing installation! The installers were very nice and efficient, their communication through the entire project was great and they finished in only two days while keeping the yard and perimeter of my home clean after completion! Would definitely recommended, great job!

I worked mostly with Tammy and Steve. Fox did my uncle's roof, then my parents, and then mine. We have all had fantastic experiences! Of the three, mine was the nightmare roof - rotten fascia, tongue-and-grove wood that had shrunk below regulation, and 5 layers of shingles (one of which was a failed rock + concrete mess) all on top of a low slope roof with a weird and broken gutter system. On top of ALL of that we were working with a very tight budget. They worked so hard to ensure I could afford fixing my rotten roof - including comping some supplies and labor costs to get the job done. Finished roof looks beautiful, and so far has stood the test of rain!

I canceled the appointment early today with a different fox roofing company this company still showed up on time and I told him i canceled the appointment LOL but with a different company, Evan was very understandable and very professional and friendly.

Had our roof partially inspected. The pitch is pretty steep and Evan didn't feel comfortable climbing up there. I've done it myself so I don't blame him. Very clear explanation if what he could see

All I have to say are incredible things about EVAN AND MAX! True professional, upstanding young men who handled the entire situation respectfully and provided us a service exceptionally. They were diligent, delivered every request with wonderful smiles, and had a lovely energy about their presentation that made me feel very comfortable & confident the entire time. I would highly recommend to anyone I know, as well as strangers looking. Thanks again guys!

I had the best experience with Fox Roofing and Construction. Ian Burgess was very professional and had my very best interest in mind when coming out to give me an estimate on how much my roof replacement would be. The crew showed up on time, very professional and super clean work. They worked very hard and got my roof done in one day. I am very happy with their work and extreme good customer service.

Steve from Fox roofing was very nice and very professional. Alex from Alside siding and his crew was very professional and cleaned everything up very well. They were very very very polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Run as fast as you can. You have 72 hours' right of rescission to cancel your contract. Read get notarized and sign the back of your contract and send it back to them. After that, you owe 40% of the total cost of the contract price if you decide to back out of the deal. From the owner down to the salesman, I have nothing good to say about this company for someone that has 30 years of experience. The owner fully took advantage of my 83-year-old aunt an elderly woman who has no clue about roofing and was relying on Fox Roofing's word. Charged $30,000 K plus tax to do a recover over existing architectural shingle on a roof that shouldn't be recovered and that should be torn off and completely replaced. You pay full price for a tare-off and get a ripoff job and they know this. You should be ashamed of yourselves and the business you run. This was elder financial fraud and abuse to put it lightly.

My roof has been leaking and when I chose to use them to replace the roof they were quick to re-tarp the roof until we had a dry day to start the new roof. They started the replacement on a Monday morning and finished by about 4 pm that same day. Very friendly and responsive to my questions along the way. I love my new roof they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Thank you Fox Roofing! I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Extremely unprofessional, rude, and condescending. I should’ve known from the beginning when they completely ignored me when I ask questions. Treated me like I did not know what I was talking about, rather than educating me. When they did answer questions… It was done so extremely short and rude!
I would highly suggest staying away from this company and the rude staff they employ.
Poor quality, poor customer service, and poor workmanship.

This outfit is very professional. Even when they fell victim to two of their massive trucks being stolen, their teams worked hard with the old truck they had until replacements could come. They got delayed by the theft but kept us updated of how the schedule was being forced to change. We are very happy with the demossing and covered gutter replacement they did. We would recommend them to others.

From start to finish (and honestly every conversation in between) I am extremely impressed with Fox Roofing. Danny, Steve, Tammy and even Tim (the owner!) were very responsive and willing to answer any of my questions or concerns. They seriously treat you like family and are upfront and honest with you, unlike some larger competitors who I caught in a few lies. I was originally under contract with another company, but after meeting with Danny and talking to him about my house and concerns that I had, they were able to save me a good portion of $$ for the same quality product. I can’t thank you all enough! The crews that were on-site are extremely hard workers and very efficient. I recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a new roof or any repairs. The customer service, professionalism, quality and EVERYTHING else was top notch! Hoping I don’t need any repairs for a LONG while, but if I do I know who I’m calling even if it’s not covered by the warranty.

Fox Roofing just completed my new roof and I'm very happy with the value and quality. Look no further. This is the company you want to put your roof on! The entire experience from bidding, scheduling the work to completing the job was a pleasant experience. I have an old house and had 3 layers of roofing. I'm super impressed with the Fox Roofing crew. They were polite, courteous, fast and put a beautiful roof on my old house. It looks so absolutely beautiful and my house looks so much better. It only took 2 days to complete the job. The crew was the most hard working, reliable and professional team I've ever experienced in my 22 years of home ownership. I've hired many contractors before and this was by far the best experience ever. Fox Roofing also fixed a number of problems on my old roof such as updated flashing around the chimney and the gable of my house. I even got the chimney flashing for free. This is incredible! Also, Tammy in the office is the nicest most helpful person ever. I called multiple times with questions and each time Tammy exceeded my expectations. And finally the roofing crew cleaned my gutters and my entire property around the house. There was not a single nail or debris. My yard is cleaner now than it was before they started the work. They even picked up my leaves around the house. After the job was done a Fox Roofing inspector came over and did a walk through to make sure I was happy with my roof and that my yard was clean. The inspector was very professional and explained the roof tiles and what they should look like in cold versa warm weather, also my warranty and that I could contact them with any concerns. He also explained future maintenance if any is needed. I have to say, I was originally dreading to get a new roof. I knew I was due but hadn't wanted to do it. I had been worried about the dazzle and the money. But I got a great affordable bid and the quality is outstanding. Plus the entire experience was really pleasant. I highly recommend hiring Fox Roofing for the job. And lastly I want to say this is a regional, local company. I feel good about doing business with a local firm, especially during these times we live in.

I hired Fox to replace my roof. I was extremely disappointed in the clean up, more than 20 roofing nails on the ground. They also tacked the new facia board to the old board that was rotting out. At each joint there was more than a half an inch of caulk used to fill the gap that was poorly measured.

This is me responding to the post yesterday about taking these comments seriously. Then come and fix what you did so poorly. It has been 4 years since you did this and you came out and never followed up. I picked up all the roofing nails, most of them in my shoes, thank god for that but, come fix the flashing at least.
