Four Seasons Roofing did our re-roof. It looks great. Great workmanship, no corners cut. They do roofing the way it's supposed to be done. I got three bids. Mario, from Four Seasons, was the only one that actually got on the roof and measured it. One who didn't get on the roof, and used satellite software, was off by 800 square feet.
I was a roofer back in the 80's, I watched these guys work. It's hard work and they are good at what they do. They didn't skimp on the tar in the California Cut valleys or on any of the flashing or protrusions in the roof. (Vent pipes, skylights) When a roof leaks, the first place you look is the protrusions. Old school.

My homeowners' insurance agent contacted my husband and I to tell us that our roof was over 21 yrs old and that we would have to replace the roof in order to have our policy renewed. We only had one month to comply. We called Four Seasons Roofing and spoke to Mario Sanchez (Owner) on a recommendation from a friend. Mr. Sanchez stated that he was booked solid into January. I explained the situation, and he scheduled us for a roof replacement immediately. Pricing was fair. Our roof is completed and it looks great! We asked Mario to give us a quote just before supply chains broke down and shingle inventory dried up. Mario worked tirelessly to seek a supply of shingles in the color and quality we wanted. We were updated regularly until an acceptable inventory was found. Once work started, the job was fast. We are very happy with the quality and value for our investment. Out of the 4 companies we had appointments with , he was the only one that actually came out when he said he would, climbed on the roof and actually looked at it and then sat down with us and went over different options for our roof. We also had an HOA issue that slowed the job down, but Mario was patient and provided us with a solution to help us comply with the HOA and get our new roof installed on time.

Mario of Four Seasons Roofing was recommended to me by a friend, who's company uses and recommends there service to their clients. Meeting and dealing with Mario was a pleasant experience. Mario was very professional and curtious. His work crew arrived promptly at 8am and worked diligently all day. They cleaned up and made the yard clear and safe for us and our dogs each day. They only took a day and a half to complete the work on my 1400sq.ft home, which I thought was pretty good. I have since had many compliments from other neighbours complimenting the look of our new roof.

We had a small facia and soffit job we needed a quote on. Mario Sanchez came to our house and said we would have the quote by the end of the day. 3 weeks and 2 email requests later, we still have not received a quote. As this is how they respond with quotes, I would not want to do business with them. It would have been much better if he just told us he couldn't do the job or if the job was just too small, however, by ignoring us after we are told to expect a quote is just down-right unprofessional.

He met with me for the estimate, was on hand for the tear down, repairs and the shingling of the new roof. I had the opportunity to watch the roofing crew as they worked. The roofing crew replaced alot of damaged wood and made the roof stronger and more resistant to water than the original roof. After dealing with a few very shady roofers that left us with leaky roofs, not honoring their warranties, and just poor workmanship, we were fortunate enuf to find Mario, and His company Four Seasons. We have a challenging flat roof, and whoever did it really need to understand flat roofing systems. Mario spent time w/ his crew explaining what needed to be done, and overseeing things. The workers were very respectful, polite, and very skilled. And they did not leave us with any mess to clean up. The roof looks great, very solid! We had a few days of downpour rains just after the roof was installed, and there were no leaks at all. I would recommend Four Seasons for any type of roof, especially since ours was a complicated job.

The team at Four Seasons Roofing did a great job on my roof, from the selection of colors and options phase, right through clean-up! They took care to not damage any of my plantings or let the dogs out of the fenced-in back yard, even though both caused them extra work and diligence. There was good communication on timing the start date (we were in the middle of about 3 weeks of rain!) and the owner himself checked with me several times during and after the process to be sure my expectations were met! Four Seasons is responsive and reasonable. All the rains we've had exposed a huge leak in my roof and Mario was over promptly to assess and prevent further damage. We ended up replacing the roof and I am very happy with the result.

Mario came out to my house after having problems with my roof leaking.He took the time to explain the problem he had with Robert and to look over the areas that weren't fixed when the roof was put on. He said he would be at my house the following Saturday 8-25. Knowing the problems I had in the past I was douting he would show up. He did fixed all my roof problems.
