Four Seasons Home Improvement - Fort Calhoun, NE

I have been working with 4 Seasons Home Improvement for the past year. We had tornado damage in April 2024. I have worked in the past with contractors, but, 4 Seasons is by far, the most reliable and knowledgeable company I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them for any home improvement. Our claim is HUGE, however Skye has guided us every step of the way, even dealing with the insurance company. They almost always answer their phone, and if they can’t, they call back. They get a 10 star from us!!

Highly recommend. Prompt, professional and honest. Jamie responded to my call quickly. Came to my house when he said he would. And gave an honest assessment of the work needed. It’s clear he is an expert on Pella windows. We will use them again.

Their work in our home demonstrates the highest quality workmanship. They did an outstanding job replacing and installing windows as well as interior and exterior doors. Excelling at communication with project ideas and suggestions. Jamie kept us informed throughout the entire process. We look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Rep does not seem interested in following up after giving me an estimate for hail damage to Pella windows last year.

Was told by rep on 4/3/25 via email “sorry for my late response. I was out of town this past week. I will get out to your house as soon as I can. When I will be close to your area I will let you know and set up a time with you to caulk up your damaged windows I found originally.” Based on what the rep stated in his response to my Google review, what he told me via email a couple months ago was apparently a lie. Furthermore, I am not in a legal situation. So the one-star review is because Four Seasons Omaha LIES. Go with the actual Pella Service Department, not some outfit obviously tied to a dubious roofing contractor like I did.

Worked with Skye from start to finish and I am very impressed that he went the extra mile to make sure we had an easy experience. The roof got replaced in one day and it looks spectacular. His team worked so hard and did awesome cleaning up afterward.

Had a wonderful experience working with Skye. Their roofers were a great team that were prompt and thorough. Skye did all the work dealing with the insurance company and kept us informed every step of the way. Would highly recommend them.

Was referred by a family friend. They were out the same day and did a complete inspection. I felt like my rep was talking to me like he knew me for years and was just there to help me honestly with what to do. I was very impressed with the first impression. And then the work started and the quality of the trades was evident. I will refer to all my friends and family.

Worked with Skye and can't believe how amazing he was! He was very friendly, walked through my dirty home with no reaction to it haha. Finally he gave me a very reasonable quote offering top notch work! Highly recommend them!

Jamie Meyer & the 4 Seasons Home Improvement team are as professional as they come. We had 20+ windows replaced in early winter and installation was done efficiently and ahead of schedule. We were especially pleased with the finishing woodwork. The team felt like family while they were here. We could not have been happier!!

Skye was super knowledgeable, work was done super fast and everything was cleaned up. They worked with my HOA to ensure proper shingle color was put on. He also worked with my insurance company from start to finish. Absolutely would recommend!!

We had Four Seasons out for part of an insurance claim to replace all of our windows and quite a few doors. This was absolutely terrifying for us, but Jamie and his team made it a smooth operation. Jamie answered all my silly questions (before, during, and after the project) and made sure we had all the information we wanted. Not sure if they knew, but we have a dog camera to check in on our pups every once in awhile. One time, I checked in and saw these guys VACUUMING! Might seem like a silly little thing, but we've had a lot of contractors out for our recent claim, and very few seem to give a care about anything, let alone cleaning. Four Seasons was exceptional in this and every way. All the work was completed beyond satisfactorily, and our windows/doors are beautiful. I wish we could get Four Seasons to do all our home work...forever.

The Crew did a quick and amazing job. All were kind, helpful when I had questions and communication was great with a quick response time. They installed 5 large windows a bay window and a three panel sliding glass door in a day and a half.

10 out of 10 would use again. Skye did a fantastic job. Roof and gutters that needed done. It's nice using one company that can repair all storm damage instead of finding each service separately.

I really enjoyed working with Jamie when I replaced my patio door. The quality of the door is amazing! The installation was efficient and done well!

I had Four Seasons come out to take a look at my roof. Jamie was extremely nice and understanding at my lack of knowledge about roofs. He explained the work that would be done from beginning to end. They arrived in time and got the job done sooner than expected. Jaime and Paul both were extremely nice and made sure I was satisfied before collecting the check. I would recommend them to anyone cause it is the best experience I’ve ever had with contractors! Thx Jaime and Paul and everyone at Four Seasons!

One of the poorest paint jobs I have ever had, came in power washed no prep work and said they put two coats on paint on in less than 1 day, which I have 40 windows, 2 stories and a walk out. Painted windows shut so will not open. Had them back several times and no better results. I would not have them paint my dog house

They came over and replaced a garage door for me. Got the door at Lowe's and they picked it up and the install was perfect. They were on time and very fast. Will have them do the replacement of the main front door with new sidelites.
