We had roof damage from a hail storm and used Four Corners Roofing and Restoration. We had the best experience! Not only do they do quality work, but their communication, efficiency and customer service is top notch. Highly recommend!!!

A rare company with integrity!

After a recent hailstorm I requested an inspection because I have a brand new roof and wanted to make sure I didn’t need to replace it. There was some minor damage but not enough to warrant a replacement. They were honest in their assessment and even though it meant no job they did not advise a replacement. Will be doing business with them in the future and recommending this company to all my friends.

David and Jay were professional, responsive and made the entire process very easy. The crew did excellent work and left everything clean. The roof looks great, highly recommend this company!

We got several quotes on having our roof and gutters replaced (from a combination of storm & tree limb damage and substandard work from the original contractor), and Four Corners was far and away the most competitive of them all. David and his team got us scheduled quickly, did fantastic work, and even came back to answer a few of our questions and go above and beyond on some things that were outside the scope of our contract. Four Corners was a life saver!! My upstairs toilet pipe burst while I was out of town. When I came home there was water everywhere! I called them and even though it was after 9pm, they sent someone out immediately. David came out and took care of everything. I can't say enough good things about them and I recommend them to everyone!! If you have water damage, call Four Corners!!

I had feared a roof leak after a new roof was installed. David drove over for an inspection. After thoroughly looking in the attic, he came to the conclusion there was no roof leak. He did some analysis on the wall where the water was coming from, and suggested that there was a leak behind the wall. I called my local plumber, and they came out and fixed the problem at the source. David then sent me the contact information for a contractor that can help repair the drywall in the garage. I'll definitely recommend them and call them again if I have another issue.

The team of Jay Downs and David Greer at Four Corners Roofing and Restoration are by far the best in the business. From the moment we met them, we could tell the level of professionalism, integrity, skill, knowledge etc were top-notch. We have had to have 3 roofs in this home.. tree,hail, and age. This roof and experience by far outdoes ANY other experiences . Our roof is beautiful.. you can TELL the difference from others downtown Franklin. And they do restoration for water damage..so much more.. Perfect experience from start to finish. We recommend.. no need to call anyone else!!

After finding we had a leak that appeared on the garage ceiling, I contacted David at Four Corners Roofing & Restoration after my neighbor told
me how he had helped them with an issue. He was extremely responsive and we set an appointment time. He was on time and quickly determined the source of the leak on my roof and found a second spot that was leaking too. He fixed everything up! It was great to have a service provider show up when they said they would and also provide great service. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used Four Corners mitigation services twice and both times they have been great to work with. Dave handles everything from start to finish and even deals with the insurance company. The contractors that have come in afterwards have said the work Dave and his team have done is some of the better quality they have seen. They are my go to when these water damage situations occur.

I had an overflowed toilet over a year ago. I called this company and they were at my house the same day with fans and materials to minimize the damage. By night one, the bathroom floor was up and remediation was underway. By day 3 they had carefully packed up everything we owned in each affected area. They stored all of our belongings during the remodel then brought all of it back. They followed through 100% with everything they said they would do and were 100% responsive every step of the way and our insurance covered all of it because they are experts in that department, too. Of all the businesses we dealt with during this AWFUL flood, they were head and shoulders the most reliable, professional and trustworthy and their attention to detail is impressive. They took no shortcuts. I recommend them with zero hesitation.
