Recent high winds presented a problem on both my roof, and tuff shed in the Lewisville area. I searched online and found a veteran owned company with incredible 5-star reviews from everyone. I value sincere genuine reviews and the excellent comments prompted my call. Mario was fantastic. He was able to have John address my issues the next day. John was also extremely helpful, and his attitude was tremendous with total customer service in mind as he repaired my issue on the shed. The roof was also repaired in a timely manner and Mario himself came out to inspect. I highly recommend Founders Roofing & Construction for all your roofing needs.

I have been so impressed with John's honesty, professionalism, and customer service. He walked my roof after a hail storm and let me know that the damage wasn't significant enough to prompt an insurance claim. (This is compared to several other salesman who assured me of the opposite.) Before John left, he told me to reach out whenever a roof issue arises and that he is happy to patch small leaks for free.

About 6-months later, I had a small leak that needed to be dealt with. I wasn't sure what to do, so I called John to ask for some guidance. To my surprise, he remembered me, my neighborhood, and repaired the leak for free.

As long as live in the Frisco/Prosper/Celina area, Founders will have my business because of John. He is one of the most - if not the most -trustworthy salespeople I've come across in any industry.

Honestly, we were new to the area and had no idea about the massive hailstorms that occur. John helped walk me through everything with the estimate and insurance, and assured me that he would give me the best product for our new roof. Insurance claims can be confusing, but John showed up on time and did everything we could've asked during the adjustors inspectuon. During install Mario was extremely communicative and the team worked extremely fast and efficiently (they finished ~5 hours earlier than other crews I've seen in the neighborhood which means less disruptions for neighbors). During install our builder cut corners on installing our ceiling fan. The construction caused the fan to almost fall from the ceiling during roof install. Mario came to the rescue to help us get everything squared away and made everything right. I can't lie, regardless of industry they've provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Please if you're looking for a roofer, use these guys. Honest, punctual, and willing to go above and beyond for their customers.

FR&C is Veterans owned which is dear to my heart coming from a military family and they took care of my home as if it were their own. Zach was extremely prompt in addressing my leak before heavy rain was expected. He was able identify the source of the leak and fix it same day. He was polite and took pictures to show the source of thhe leak and the fix.

We had water leakage around exhaust pipe during heavy rain in Dallas area. I contacted Zack through Thumbstack. Just looking at pictures of leakage, Zack was able to guess the cause of leakage and he was spot on. He quickly fixed the problem. I would highly recommend Zack for any roofing need.

We have chosen FR&C LLC as our contractor to handle repairs on our house caused by hail damage We met with three contractors. Zach (the owner of FR&C LLC) inspected our property, gave us detailed summary of damages, list of items that should be repaired and reasons why. He told us he would work with our insurance company to make sure all necessary work was completed. Because of his knowledge and his carrying attitude we decided to have him represent us. We are extremely happy with our decision. Anyone who has ever worked with insurance company in the past, knows how difficult that process can be. Zach made it so much easier for us. He was present when insurance adjusters were here, took pictures and videos to support claims.
The work was done quickly and professionally. Zack was present during repairs. Property was cleaned and all of the debris removed when repairs were completed.

He also took great care with how the work was completed and after the completion of the work, the level of detail, he paid to the cleanup of that project was amazing. I must give a huge shout out to Founders Roofing & Construction. Our safe house in Richardson Texas, heard we had a broken window in the shelter and needed help. Within minutes of the post going up Zack the owner called and said he would take care of it. Without hesitation his crew came out the very next day and the women now feel a lot more comfortable with that out the way. Zack never ask the size he just took care of it and wanted us to know his company does a lot more than windows. He’s a roofer and I would highly recommend him. I highly recommend Founders for your roofing needs.. While driving by my rental house Zach had noticed some shingles had come loose and needed replaced. I asked him and 2 other "highly rated" companies to inspect my roof and give me quotes. One of those companies came back with a quote for over $5,200 for replacing non-working electric roof fans and other repairs they said needed done. I asked Zach to give me a quote for those items as well if they needed done. He went back to the house and took video to show me that the fans indeed worked properly and all of that extra work did not need done. Zach was helpful, professional and most importantly HONEST. I appreciate him so much and will definitely use him in the future for all my roofing needs!

They say to always get 3+ offers. In my opinion, Founders Roofing would be my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice. They were the absolute the best roofers I have ever done business with. The owner personally was on site during most of the day while the installers were working. He described exactly what was being done, why they do what they do, and why they don't take short cuts, or use inferior products. He actually showed me the difference in materials they use, and the materials that most roofing companies use. You can not do any better than Founders Roofing.

We had the best experience with this company and are thrilled to have found them. The owner and another roofer of his company performed a thorough investigation of our entire roof as we wanted a second opinion about its condition. Another professional had told us that we needed to repair our roof due to a flashing issue, with rust and even a hole present. Founders Roofing’s owner, Zach, inspected the area of concern and discovered that there was not in fact a rusted out hole in our roof, but an open acorn shell stuck in a groove which he proceeded to show me. He was not only more thorough in his investigation, he was honest in informing me that he would not to charge us to fix our roof, as the problem was nonexistent! Not only was I impressed by his professionalism, knowledge of roofing matters, and detailed, careful inspection, I’m equally impressed by his honesty. A lifelong customer here.

Great and easy experience. Zach communicated well with us through the process and was always onsite making sure the job was done right. Founder's replaced our 3 tab builder shingle with an excellent Malarkey Architecture shingle, replaced our gutters, stained our privacy fence and repaired some windows and replaced damaged screens. Very honest and transparent company to work with and they were able to email invoices with a link to issues electronic payment. Makes managing the paperwork with the insurance company a bit easier.
