Customer feedback for Foundation Restoration is overwhelmingly positive, highlighting their professionalism, thoroughness, and effective communication. Many reviews commend the company's prompt service and the quality of their work, particularly in dealing with complex issues like crawlspace support and drainage. Customers appreciate the detailed assessments provided by their staff, which help in navigating potential problems. However, a few reviews indicate concerns regarding transparency in pricing and communication about project timelines. Despite these isolated issues, the overall sentiment remains favorable.
- Foundation Restoration came out and diagnosed the problem.
- They were honest and did everything they could to solve my basement issues within my means.
- The guys were thorough in their initial evaluation, respectful of our home while working.
- Your prompt and thorough service is much appreciated!
- Foundation Restoration is one of the best companies I've worked with in Bellingham.
- The issue and concern we have with Foundation Restoration is a lack of transparency.
- We received our invoice this morning which literally just had a one sentence description of the work.

We needed fairly extensive jacking and supporting of our floors from under the house due to poor construction in 1978. I did the easy half of the house several years ago but now I'm to old to handle the hard half. Not much room and lots of obstacles.
Very few companies would even bid the job. Groundworks came out and wanted $17,000 plus to do the job.
Eric came out and assessed the problem. He gave us a straight foreward assessment and described in detail what should be done and what could be done. Their three man crew came out and did a two day job in one one day. Very professional and working hard all day.
We could not be more pleased with the results.
Working in a tight crawl space is one of the worst jobs I can think of and they did it with 0 complaints.
Kelsey was always on the ball and got me answers to every question.
I highly recommend Foundation Restoration and it's people.
Oh! Almost forgot. The price was far less than half of what Groundworks wanted. Groundworks is very similar to LaBella, or talking to a car salesman.

Many thanks to David with Foundation Restoration for taking a look at our crawlspace and foundation. Your prompt and thorough service is much appreciated!

Recently, I had the fantastic opportunity to work with David from Foundation Restoration on a property inspection out in Nooksack. We were dealing with some tricky issues in the crawlspace, including support concerns and dry rot, which can be quite the headache for any real estate transaction. David’s meticulous approach to the estimate was nothing short of a lifeline.
His detailed examination and the subsequent report were pivotal, providing us with the critical insights needed to navigate our negotiation process. It’s one thing to identify problems, but understanding their extent and how they impact a property’s integrity and value is another. David brought a level of expertise and clarity that made all the difference. Working with him felt like having an expert ally on our side, making the daunting process of addressing crawlspace and dry rot issues far less stressful.
Foundation Restoration, through David’s exceptional work, proved to be a key player in ensuring the property’s issues were thoroughly addressed, giving us the leverage needed to move forward confidently in our negotiations. His professionalism and dedication to thorough, understandable reporting turned a potentially complicated situation into a manageable one.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
