This was my 5th project with Foster. I would use them again. The customer service and their attention to details makes them great. They stand by their work too.

The workmanship and attention to detail were fantastic. The design and architectural plans matched my needs and 'wants'.

The lead carpenter was very skilled and a creative problem solver. He was always attentive to the trades' work, ensuring their work was excellent and according to the specifications. His communication skills were great and he quickly brought all concerns to my attention for resolution.

The work area was kept reasonable clean and effort was made to keep the dust contained to the basement.

I needed my bathroom remodel and they did a wonderful job. Foster Remodeling is the best I mean absolutely the best. I totally recommend these guys

Fosters made everything easy from design to execution. Our kitchen is beautiful and construction ended on time and on budget. Our designer Cara put together an even better floor plan and design than I had in my head. Our lead carpenter Chris was very communicative and answered any questions or concerns right away.

We called Foster Remodeling for our bathroom renovation, initiated by a leak. They did such an amazing job! From the design team to our final walkthrough our experience was 10/10. They went above and beyond to fix all problems caused by the leak and helped to create a new beautiful bathroom. The entire team is professional, courteous and respectful. I wouldn’t use anyone else for our home improvement needs.

From initial meeting until completion of project, everyone at Foster Remodeling has been a joy to work with. We couldn't be more pleased with our finished product. Chris worked with me to design a remodel of a bathroom. All the materials were ordered and collected at Foster until the work start date. This was convenient. Then Jonathan, the Master Carpenter, in charge of the job, managed/scheduled all the specialists involved (plumber, electrician, roofer) and Jonathan did all the rest of the work. Had a great experience with Foster. They gave us exactly what we were looking for, even when we weren't sure what exactly we wanted from the beginning. I do photography work for Foster Remodeling. I go into their clients' homes with the designers and photograph the projects. The Foster Designers are great people to work with and their clients absolutely LOVE them. I've seen clients hug them when they come and go. They seem like family. The Foster builders do really nice and detailed work. All the little things that you would never think of, they have covered. I've worked with a lot of remodeling companies and I have never been compelled to leave a review for one. You can trust Foster to do a good job for you.

This is the second project we used Foster remodeling for and they once again did a great job and completed the work as promised. We now get to enjoy our beautiful kitchen every day!

We contracted with Foster to remodel our sitting/TV room to include removing a fireplace and hearth and replacing it with an electric fireplace. The design process with Cara was painless and rapid. The construction work was overseen by a Master Carpenter named Jim who was the most diligent worker and supervisor we've had the pleasure of working for us. The Electrician, Christian, was superb and totally rewired the room including cable and gaming. All the individuals involved including the flooring, tilers (for an accent wall), and painters were courteous and professional. All were responsive to our questions or concerns and promptly came to us if they had any questions or suggestions when something might work better. All in all we have nothing but praise for the work Foster did for us.

The design part identified many things we hadn't thought of and made us more satisfied with the process. The actual work was superior and we knew exactly what was going to happen each day. The whole process was reassuring that we were getting our money's worth and that we would be happy with it for a long time in the future.

Foster transformed a large laundry, storage room into a show piece. The old dryer vent was placed to the front of the house replacing the old one which was vented out the window. The sink was transformed from an ugly laundry tub to a kitchen quality one. The washing machine is now drained directly to the plumbing whereas the old one drained into the laundry tub. Best of all, cabinetry was added to the entire side of the room making a place for my sewing machine. Sliding doors were added to cover the furnace and hot water heater. A new floor, window, window well, ceiling and drywall completed the transformation. In addition an 8 foot sliding glass door with side windows which open replaced an old 6 foot door and stationary windows in the rec room. The work was very meticulous a done in an extremely professional manner with daily cleanup and making sure my old washer/dryer was hooked up until the new one was installed.

We are thrilled with our new kitchen! The space is beautiful and welcoming; the layout is highly functional and comfortable; the project was 100% on-budget and on-schedule.

The entire team at Foster Remodeling was an absolute pleasure, from initial consult and design phase through project completion. Rachel is a skillful and collaborative design partner, Jonathan is a genuine master craftsman, and the entire process was perfectly organized.

Foster is the best remodeling service I've ever dealt with. They have a talented design staff that works hard to come up with a model that meets all of your needs. Our carpenter did excellent work and left the job site immaculate every evening. We absolutely love our new bathroom!

We spent alot of money renovating our kitchen. The workers and consultants were very nice yet on the walk through I pointed out chips in the floor. They promised to return and replace but never did. It’s been 4 years and I’ve contacted them twice , understanding about pandemic. Very disappointed in flooring and lack of response.

Foster Remodeling Solutions, Inc. recently completed our extensive kitchen and bath remodeling project. Every aspect of the project from our initial meeting with our Design Consultant, to the final inspection was executed in an outstanding manner. We have been completely amazed and very appreciative of the Foster planning and construction process. If we had known how easy and organized our remodeling would be, we would not have delayed our remodeling project for several years.

After having researched several remodeling companies, we selected Foster Remodeling Solutions based on their reputation, industry awards, client reviews, and most importantly, their five-year workmanship warranty. They were not the least expensive company, but they were the best in terms of reputation, quality and value.

In selecting Foster Remodeling Solutions, we became aware of the unmatched reputation of Marco, a Lead Carpenter, and we elected to delay the start of our project pending his availability. We were not disappointed! Marco, as assisted by Jairo, provided world class craftsmanship from the very first day of the project to the final inspection.

Our renovation project was extensive. It included removal of the existing kitchen/bath cabinets, countertops, appliances, drywall, insulation, electrical wiring and bathroom flooring. Marco and Jairo executed in expert fashion every action in the installation of new drywall, insulation, cabinets, countertops, appliances, backsplash and bathroom flooring. Doug, the Lead Electrician, assisted with the installation of new electrical wiring, switches and lighting fixtures. Marco and his team arrived exactly at 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, without exception. They were extremely detailed and meticulous in their work, and ensured that the entire project work area was completely cleaned at the end of each day. The remodeling process was seamless from beginning to end. In addition to their superb craftsmanship, we had complete peace of mind knowing all work was performed in an expert manner.

Our Project Manager, Lee, visited often and ensured that my wife and I were pleased with every aspect of our project’s progression. Following the project’s completion, we were visited by David Foster for a final inspection. David carefully reviewed every square inch of the renovation in order to potentially identify any project discrepancies. Based on the outstanding craftmanship of Marco and his crew, David Foster’s inspection identified zero discrepancies.

Renovating a kitchen and bath as extensively as we did can be an overwhelming prospect. However, the team at Foster Remodeling Solutions made the process as painless as possible. We are 100% pleased with our new kitchen and bath. Foster Remodeling Solutions has earned our highest recommendation. We anticipate working with Foster Remodeling Solutions in the near future on additional renovation projects. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and bath, and we wish that we had not waited so long to have our remodeling projects completed!

Talked to the lady, told her about my project, to repalce old carpet with vinyl flooring, remodel bath room , standing shower replacement , recess lights , door replacement and paint :FOR MY TOWN HOUSE BASEMENT" .... may be the lady did not understand...she was talking about 3D demos , Internal design , 3 to four month feasibility etc.......
I told her ... i need remodeling of m town house basement ....I don't have a commercial project.......'
Any way I said Bye to her , either i didn't explain or she didn't understand

Foster’s Remodeling Solutions has done an outstanding job remodeling our kitchen, downstairs bathroom, and upstairs master bathroom, adding a new walk-in shower and new linen closet. We are currently meeting with Dave Foster to remodel the family room, fireplace, and downstairs. Foster’s does quality work and they are very reliable. I highly recommend them.
