The biggest issue... no one communicated with us that the rubber they would be using could not be ordered in the color we chose.
They unattached it from the roof and let it fall, breaking parts of it.

There price was very competitive. They showed up when they said they would. Competed the job in a timely manner. The staff and workers were great to deal with. The finished roof looks fantastic.

I highly recommend this company. This was a complete roof replacement

Fortified roofing was amazing from start to finish. Our metal roof looks great they were very professional and good at communicating giving me a call each day to update on progress and expected timeline. They even got the job done earlier than they thought! I would recommend them to everyone.

We had a fantastic experience with this contractor. Really appreciate all of their hard work. The roof turned out beautiful and the extra care they took to minimize the mess and clean up after themselves was very appreciated. We found this company to be professional yet friendly to work with. Tyler is very nice and communication was always friendly. Here is my take.

The good: Friendly. Didn't take a year. Knowledgeable and mostly did a great job.

Needs improvement! Important.
We have a dried cactus attached to the house. They unattached it from the roof and let it fall. Breaking parts it. We were heartbroken. Had to call and have them put the cactus back up. And the biggest issue....no one communicated with us that the rubber they would be using could not be ordered in the color we chose for the roof. And since we have an older house this is used down an crevice and around a chimney. This is the ugliest roof I have ever seen because of it. Had they communicated we would have selected different colors so it would match. This is such an expensive project; not something we can redo since they didn't bother telling us the middle of our roof would be a completely different color. This is unacceptable. For that reason I would not recommend them if you have an older home.

Tyler was so friendly and super responsive to questions and needs. He went above and beyond to complete an assessment, and bid for a roof replacement within 24-hours. He scheduled and completed the work on my metal roof within 10 days! His bid undercut another roofer's bid saving me thousands. I would recommend Tyler and his professional and experienced team to anyone!

Fortified Roofing were recommended to me. And I will do the same for Tyler and his entire team. Everybody is friendly and very helpful. The guys did an excellent job, the rate was absolutely fair. I will certainly use their services again - for another house, this one is taken care of and will last for a very long time.
