Matthew and his team did a great job. Communication was excellent with him. They started the project when he said they would and were on site every day until it was completed. We were very happy with the craftsmanship and the timeframe that the project was completed. We would highly recommend them!

Mr. Forestieri and his crew did excellent work constructing our new screened-in porch with a stone fireplace with gas logs. We were very pleased with the workmanship and quality of materials used in the construction. More recently his crew removed rotten wood around the fascia and beneath the gutters and replaced everything with vinyl siding. They also installed new gutters and downspouts. Again we were pleased with the workmanship and quality of materials. We will call him again if we need anything else!

I hired Matt and his crew to do some needed exterior repairs to our older home. During the repair, they located some hidden water damage in the repair area and asked how I would like to proceed. I gave them the go ahead. At my request, they were also willing to tackle a separate repair of some substandard work recently done by another company, even though this repair had not been originally planned. The scope of my project more than doubled but these guys stuck to it and did everything that I asked with complete professionalism. They kept regular hours consistently until the job was done, kept a tidy job site even including trying to care for my yard after some saturating rains, and were a pleasure to talk to. It was apparent that their goal was to do the job right, not just get to the end. I am very satisfied with the work that they did for me and have confidence that the repairs were completed correctly. I will be calling them back when it’s time for the next phase.

I was very impressed with the whole team at Forestieri Custom Exteriors. When we were getting quotes on the deck from multiple contractors, Matthew came across as honest, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, punctual, and capable. And he proved all of these characteristics and more during the project. We had to wait a bit for the material to be delivered, but that was at none of their fault, but once it was delivered, they were very respectful in staging the material at my house before work could begin. After work began, they wasted no time knocking the project out. Not only did I feel that the quality of construction was even better than expected, but that each member of their team truly cared about what they were doing to make the project a success for us both. After completion, they made sure I was happy with everything. They really went the extra mile to get it right. I needed to replace my 20 year old front and back decks. Matt and Matt were amazing to work with on this project. Matt let me know immediately of any issues and the best resolution. They were efficient with their time on the job and cleaned up every little piece of wood. He also pressure washed my house and cleaned the roof of fallen leaves. If there is ever any projects that I have in the future, Matt will be my first call. And the best part was the very reasonable cost.

I called Matt after Tropical Storm Michael, when moisture was discovered in my crawlspace. I needed a long-term solution for standing water in front of my home due to inadequate drainage, and a short-term solution for my crawlspace. He was the 3rd person to look at my house, and the first to offer me an honest assessment and comprehensive plan.
We agreed on a schedule and plan of action. De-humidification of the crawlspace until a french drain and surface pop-up emitted were placed along the front of my mulch beds. Once the drainage was addressed, my crawlspace was treated. In spite of many days of rain and issues with getting lines marked, he got the job done far faster than anyone else could have.
Throughout this project, he was easy to reach, pleasant to work with, and he did what he said he was going to do. The work was done as promised, on time, and at a very reasonable price. I recommend him without hesitation, and will use him in the future anytime I need a GC. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and honest. And a genuinely nice person. I am 100% satisfied with Matt and his partner (also Matt). They are great!

The central goal of the project we tasked Matthew with was to increase the overall square footage of the existing house . . . specifically related to increased living space off the kitchen and in the master bedroom which included the conversion of the existing 1/2 bath in the master to a full bath with double vanity and zero threshold walk in shower. As with any project of this nature it tends to sort of take on a life of it's own as it evolves and comes together. The shear nature of this requires someone in Matthew's position to be able to effectively communicate and execute the plan to best reflect the desired outcome of his client. I found Matthew's style to be very amenable to the various shifts in direction we encountered throughout the process of getting the project completed. To allow someone to completely remove the entire back of your house and transform it into the house you have always wanted carries with it a whole host of emotions. I will have to say that Matthew always made me feel like he had my back throughout the whole construction process and I very much enjoyed the collaborative working relationship I experienced when working with Matthew. An all around great guy . . . .

I wanted to add some more decking to an outdoor existing structure. Matthew set a time to do a quote and was right on time. Formal quote was emailed the next day and the project was decided upon. Very professional. All was backed up in writing. Guys did a great job. We worked together to come up with ideas and it looks great. Having him back for more work this year. Would definitely recommend Forestieri.
