$950 mistake. The people of Ford Roofing are so nice, which made what happened even sadder for me. I only needed siding replaced on one side of my house. They covered the gable vent without my knowledge or consent, thus making the two sides of my house evidently mismatched and my attic venting uneven. They gave me a quote for over $1000 to do the other side! I would've been willing to pay for the materials to have the other side done the same, but they should've offered to pay the labor. Although the siding itself looks good, there was a lack of attention to detail, shoddy caulking, lackluster clean-up, and questionable decision-making by the installers. Above all, their mistake cost me $950 to replace the other side. I recommend Ford for gutters, but not siding.

We had a great experience with Ford Roofing. There was a bit of a wait fo an appointment because of weather, but they did a great job with the work.

I called Ford Roofing Company the first time in 2013 because I had a leak. They replaced a few shingles for $100 and fixed the problem in a few hours, when other roofers would only replace the whole roof.
In 2018 I finally had a chance to replace the whole roof and I called Ford Roofing because of the great experience I had the first time.
The process was very smooth, they were able to accommodate and complete the job in a single week-end. I had no problems with the roof since then and it looks beautiful. I will definitely call them again for any other roof work.

We recently used Ford Roofing to replace a portion of our roof. They initially came out to inspect a leak we were concerned about and in their inspection determined this was the best plan for correction. Any other company would have told us we needed an entire new roof, but Ford was very honest about the work needed. They were also very fair in their pricing, and the communication before and after the work was fantastic. I would recommend Ford to anyone for any and all roof needs. A++

Ford was recommended to me by a handyman we use who spotted the roofing issue that was causing some water damage in our entry hall. Ford reps were there to assess the job within a couple days of my making a request. About a week later a crew showed up and did a very efficient and quality repair, along with a couple of other minor repairs they brought to my attention. In addition to the quality work, the crew were professional and courteous. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would have no hesitation whatsoever hiring Ford again for roofing needs.

I recently called Dan Ford with Ford Roofing Company in Franklin, TN about an ongoing issue with our roof, which I paid them over $1200.00 to repair several months ago. It is still a problem area, with buckled shingles and damaged ridge and when I spoke with him on the phone today about it, he hung up on me. We originally spent $50K on this roof! He kept saying he just did a $160K roof, as if mine is no longer important. I would no longer recommend them. Beware!

I used FORD years ago for my home after a bad storm, and lots of damage. Great job.
Now, I just used them again, only to change the look of my home. Gutters. They were greatly on time, wonderful to meet with. Easily to email or call.

The guys on site were professional, kept my yard clean, and debris was put away as they worked. Even finished ahead of schedule.
