Mike and his crew were great... needed a new patio on a restaurant I own and his guys took care of everything after Mike and I reviewed what we were looking to do... its great when you can trust someone to take the ball and run with it... and on top of the project, a few issues came up while they were onsite and we needed some help/repairs with a few other things and they were able to address them quickly and professionally to help make sure we stayed up and running... can't recommend Forcier Construction enough and I already have some other projects I will need to get done next year and know I'll be using them again!

We just had a deck recently installed by Forcier Contracting and it was a great experience. From the initial consult, to picking colors and options and to the installation itself, it was made to be a very easy and problem free process. The worksite was left clean everyday and the installers were very friendly and respectful of our home. I would happily recommend Forcier Contracting for any of your home contracting projects.

I recommend this company very highly. They were very professional, fast and the quality of work was amazing. I was so very satisfied when the work was completed and very happy.

I had a roof that was in dire repair it leaked and it leaked into the house it also didn't look very well Forcier contracting came in after interviewing several other contractors they offered the best materials and the best build.a lot of the other guys did not offer half of what they offered. Rocky came over and saw my situation made suggestions to extend the Gable ends of the roof which made total sense it also looks much better now my window sills and the side of my house does not get wet and when it rains. They replaced a lot of the sheeting after completely stripping the roof without making a bit of mess in my yard or destroying any of my shrubs in front of my house. It was already 2 layers of shingles. They repaired all the soffits. Trim and shadow board's. the roof never looked so good ,ever. Ive seen some of the other work they do and its top notch. Windows and siding are next. Can't wait . They guys are pros and would not hesitate to have them do any of the other contracting needs im going to have done. Kitchen bathroom are in the future. Trust these guys I did and I'm so happy I did.

I wouldn't trust any one star reviews about this contractor from people with 3 reviews.

In the summer of 2021, we purchased a new home and moved to a ranch in Nashua. The one thing that my wife and I both wanted in this new home was a screened in porch. As a result, we interviewed three of Nashua top contractors. The price range was significant, but we finally settled on Forcier construction, under the very capable leadership of Mike Forcier. I did my homework, I looked at several of their previous construction projects in the greater Nashua area, and even had the opportunity to speak to someone who recently had an addition added to their home. I wanted to make sure that we were hiring someone of character and quality.
After numerous meetings with Mike, we finally were able to agree upon a price and the plan. Construction begin in late December and finished an early summer, you do have to remember that we were in the midst of COVID-19. The quality of workmanship done by Forcier construction exceeded our expectations. Due to the nature of the project, there were times that they needed to be inside the house. Never once did we ever fear this or feel like it was an intrusion. The quality and character of his entire crew as well as subcontractors, made us trust them in our home.
As the project has now concluded, I feel very secure in recommending them for any construction project that you may be undertaking. The communication, the quality of workmanship and integrity would be tough to beat.

Rocky was a pleasure to work with. He built a garage for us that was designed to look more like a barn to go with our 1889 house. The work was high quality and we are totally pleased. This was during the pandemic when illness and supply issues caused some delays, but the project was completed within a reasonable time and we would use Forcier again in a heartbeat. I recommend them.

We hired the Forcier team to add an in-law apartment to our existing home. The large-scale project included a 750-sq-foot addition with its own basement, new siding/roof to our existing home and an extensive landscape re-imagining for the whole property. The Forcier's worked with us every step of the way, including the project design as well as navigating the legal/zoning hurdles with the town. I appreciated the quick and efficient efforts of the crew, the daily status updates, and the high quality work from start to finish.

We have used Forcier Contracting for several large home projects. Kitchen renovation, sunroom addition, deck installation and a second story completion adding two bedrooms. We are always very happy with the end result and will continue to use them!

I Needed an emergency water line repaired from the water main in the street to my house. Forcier responded right away. They worked together with Pennichuck water works and had my water up and running in a day.
