Amazing customer service! I called to inquire about a potential issue with my roof and Bryce Miller came out to my house within an hour and a half to inspect the roof. He explained the details of how the roof is put together and that what I thought could be an issue actually wasn’t. He recommended a product to take care of aging / exposed nails. Superb customer experience!!

Force did a great job replacing my roof. Taylor was very helpful, getting everything scheduled and keeping me informed each step of the process. The workers showed up early, waited until the weather cleared and then got to work. Paulo was very friendly and made sure I knew what the plans were for the day and assured me they would get the job done that day. And they did. When I returned home I couldn’t even tell they had been there except for seeing my new roof! Thank you for the job well done!

I had hail damage and gave them a call based on a referral from a friend. I very quickly received a call back from Titus who scheduled a time to come give me a damage report. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained the process involved with filing a claim. If your shopping for a roofing contractor give Titus a call.

I would highly recommend Force Roofing! After a recent storm I was worried that my roof was damaged. After calling in, David (owner) and his team returned my call promptly to set up time to come check things out.

On the scheduled day, they were punctual, friendly, and extremely professional. They conducted a thorough inspection and provided a detailed report on the life expectancy of the roof. Luckily there was no damage, but if there was I would feel extremely confident selecting Force to replace the roof.

Corey and Brent stopped by this afternoon for a repair estimate. My roof had a couple small leaks. They patched it up free of charge. Very honest, hardworking, friendly people.

We had our roof replaced today by Force Roofing. We live in a townhome where there are four connected. They were able to do all four in two days. The roofers arrived right on time, put up screening, and went right to work. Both days they worked until sunset. When they were finished, they cleaned everything so well that it looked like they had never been there. We could not have been more pleased with this company and their crew. Thank you!!

A roof is a roof and its just one of those things you pay a lot of money for and get no real joy but if you have to do it its best to do it right. Force definitely does it right. The site was well protected and the clean-up was great (I am still looking for that first missed nail). Nothing leaks or is loose so I assume it was done correctly. Where they really shine is dealing with the insurance company. After 40 years with the same company, Allstate, and making our first major claim the folks at Force had to go 10 rounds with them to get them to pay what they owed us. The roof was obviously damaged from a hail storm but if not for Patrick and the folks at Force I would still be fighting with them. Patrick was on the roof to watch the inspector (twice) and filed all sorts of documentation that I would never have been able to do. I hate that the insurance companies just try and wear down policy holders until they simply give up but not the Force guys. Quality company, quality product, fair price (not the cheapest), and top notch people - can't recommend these guys enough.

We had a great experience with Force Roofing Systems from start to finish. The salesman Titus was very knowledgeable and friendly and guided us through the entire process. They worked well with our insurance adjuster. The work crew was very good, thoroughly cleaned up the job site. We just had our roof replaced by Force yesterday. The crew arrived at 7am, and draped protective netting all around our house. They completed the job by 4pm,after a meticulous cleanup. They spent an hour vacuuming around the house perimeter and raking the mulch for any nails, or debris left behind. Patrick Ayotte was amazing as a liason with the insurance company and made sure that all hail damage was covered. I would highly recommend this company.

The crew from Force Roofing came within two days of my estimate and completed the job in about four hours. John was very helpful and ai believe gave me a good price. So far it seems they did a very good job, though I haven't yet had a drop of rain.

Force Roofing was outstanding in both the speed and the quality of replacing our roof. They started at about 6:30 or 7:00 a.m. and we're completely finished by 6:00 p.m. with no issues in any area. Outstanding results especially from Titus who was the lead on this engagement

It’s been a pleasure working with Force Roofing. After a severe hail storm I called Force . They responded quickly and sent a young man named Bryce out to the house. He explained that a drone would take pictures of the roof, and they would be able to tell if there was any damage. There was quite a bit of damage, I called my insurance company. Bryce came out to meet with the insurance inspector and walk the roof with him. Bryce was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient with me and the inspector. He has responded promptly to all of my questions and concerns and helped me understand the process with the insurance company.
The new roof was put on last week. There is a lot of roof and it took two days .There must’ve been 12 or more men working on the roof. One of them being Alex, the project manager who communicated with me about the hours they would be working and returning the next day, the cleanup, and if I had any concerns or questions. The shrubs and outdoor furniture were either covered up or moved. After completion, there were a few areas where the outside furniture and planters were not put back but soon as I brought their attention to it, they were immediately moved back into their correct location. The gutters go on next week. So far I am very pleased with choosing Force Roofing.

A Force Roofing person came to our house and I asked if we could add a gutter to a stretch that had none and then tie it into the existing system. The answer was yes no problem we can do that, so far so good. The 3rd party contractors (I thought Force did their own work, my bad for not asking Force's bad for not disclosing) show up to do the job and ask where I want the downspout which wasn't discussed with the original Force employee and they also said they are unable to tie into the existing gutters. The contractor says I have to contact Force to discuss. I call our original Force employee and he says that's the way it has to be if that's what they say. I ask about cancelling the job due to not being as originally discussed and the response I received was less than what I would consider professional. I was told if we cancel I'll not receive a full refund and I'll be charged (estimated at $300ish)for the crew coming out even though they didn't even have the right color gutters that day so they couldn't have even done work anyway.

Obviously frustration was growing as I tried to get anyone with any pull at Force roofing to call me back and discuss options. I tried calling Force multiple times and finally realized they use an answering service. I called multiple times over the following days and was told that the owner would call me. (Spoiler alert....they never called). After not being able to discuss different options with anyone with any pull, I finally decided that I didn't want to be out the charge for the crew coming out with the wrong color and told them to come back the next day. I anxiously awaited for the call that was promised from the owner to try to just cancel the job as I didn't have a good spot for a downspout and didn't want one.

The owner never called, the downspout was installed to empty right by the foundation of the house, and now I have to figure out where to route the water as it isn't tied into the existing gutter system.

I honestly tried to get a hold of the owner over multiple days to try to fix their errors. I was treated poorly and the job wasn't completed as originally discussed.

I also had to inquire about a refund for a billed line item of gutter removal (from original plan of tying in) and that was refunded, but had I not inquired I can only speculate if they would have refunded that on their own.

I was also asked by the salesperson and owner on two separate phone calls to change review for $100 gift card which I declined.
