Plow and Property went above and beyond when we had a tree fall through a section of our roof. Wes and his crew handled all repairs in our sons room in a short amount of time. This included water damage, new sheet rock, painting and refinishing our upstairs hardwood floors. Wes worked directly with our insurance adjuster for anything claim related which was a major relief!

Plow and Property is a very professional company that can tackle a lot of different jobs. We had new carpet installed and a new Bulkhead. Both of which came out very nice. They showed up on time and the quote never changed.

They are pros at handling an emergency situation. A dishwasher leak had caused serious damage to my floor.

Plow and Property Projects provided speedy emergency services when our church fellowship hall flooded. With all the equipment needed to handle commercial water damage mitigation, their team was on site within 2 hours of our call to begin drying the space, removing contaminated flooring and baseboards and treating with biocide to prevent mold. They handled everything including speedy sourcing and installation of new flooring and trim, painting the woodwork and leaving the rooms refreshed and ready for use. They demonstrated attention to detail in handling every aspect of reconstruction in this historic building. Highly recommended!

My mom and myself had a couple of hoses brake on our basement and plow and property came in and fixed our hoses and swept up our cellar they got it done and we were up and running in a couple of hours I would recommend THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY THANK YOU GUYS

I am extremely happy with the work Plow & Property Projects did for me. Wes and his crew were all very easy to work with and did the job right the first time. Mainly, they replaced a shower stall I had that had a cracked floor and had leaked into the floor below it (damaging the ceiling). The new tiled shower they put in is amazing and I can’t even see where the ceiling damage was anymore after they fixed it. They also tackled some other things around the house that I’m glad to say will no longer bother me again! I highly recommend them and will go to them again for any future work I may want to do.

Two of the workers saw me having a hard time shoveling my driveway and came over to help! They were so kind and professional. What took them a matter of minutes would’ve taken me hours. I am so appreciative and will absolutely be using them in the future!

Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950’s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so it’s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is very happy with the work. We are planning more work with them already. We have multiple rentals, and I think we’ve found our new property manager.

Wes and his entire crew were amazing. I had water damage from a couple of leaks in my basement and his crew went above and beyond to not only fix the problem but ensure that it doesn’t happen again. It’s always stressful having people in your space fixing things, but Wes and his crew made me feel very comfortable, and made a point to communicate with me daily or even more often about how the project was going.. They stayed until 8:30 pm the first day to ensure that the part of my wall that was open to the outside was sealed up for the night. As I had recently cleaned out my mom’s house and a lot of her belongings were downstairs, it was not organized at all, but they helped me clean it out and organize what was salvageable, and were very careful with my mom’s things. He even took my dogs out for me on the days I had to work and by the end of the project the pups all loved him too! I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with projects.

We recently hired Plow and Property to renovate my parents' unfinished bedroom, and Wes and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. What used to be a storage space is now a beautiful, fully finished bedroom complete with a large closet. They added sheetrock, electrical, and an HVAC system, transforming the space entirely.

In the end, they had power washed our entire house, cleaned up the deck, sanded it, made sure everything was tightened up, and stained the deck to our exact color specifications.
