We recently had the pleasure of working with Incredible Restoration after our finished basement was severely damaged by a sewer pipe issue. From the very beginning, Louis and his incredible team put our minds at ease. They quickly assessed the damage and laid out a clear, precise plan that not only addressed the repairs but also incorporated our personal style and budget.

What really impressed us was their professionalism. Louis and his team arrived promptly each morning, ready to get to work, and they maintained a level of focus and dedication that was truly remarkable. Luis and his crew get 5⭐️'s from us! We woke up one morning to a flooded kitchen and basement. When we called Incredible Restorations Luis called back immediately. Within an hour he was at our door with mitigation equipment and stayed all day to clear out the wet mess and get us set up with drying equipment. He used his regular plumber as well who helped us same-day. Luis handled everything quickly within a week all was cleaned, dried, drywalled and back to (better than) normal. His prices are more than reasonable and his work is high quality! His team is very careful to set up plastic barriers to keep down dust and they even paper off any walking areas to keep it all neat while they work. We will be using Luis for any future remodels and home improvements!

This is a family run business that literally saved my life. The upstairs toilet tank cracked overnight. The water poured down the wall and destroyed our kitchen ceiling. Louis and his incredible employees came over immediately. Set up a scaffold, scraped off the soggy, stained ceiling. Hooked up an industrial fan to dry out the area while it was exposed then painted a de-molding agent. The new ceiling is beautiful. I tried to get another company first who told me they could come out in four days. But not Lou. He was at my house within 30 minutes. His men worked hard and cleaned up before the job was complete. What an AMAZING experience with a happy ending.

After my dishwasher flooded, causing water damage to my kitchen and into the basement, I thought my house would never look the same. I would like to first and foremost give a big THANK YOU to Luis and his crew My husband and I had such a hard time finding a contractor who was honest, trustworthy, reasonable and reliable. We were in the middle of remodeling our bathroom with another contractor and had plans to remodel our kitchen. Best contractor ever! I learned about Incredible Restorations and its owner, Luis Gomes, through a positive review on Facebook when I was looking for a contractor to renovate my 1957 bathroom. Luis promptly returned my call, came out, gave me a fair quote, and started within a matter of days. Luis and his crew showed up when he said they would, worked very hard from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. each day. He communicated with me throughout the entire process, and he and his crew were respectful, polite, and professional. He was meticulous about the work, and I could tell he takes great pride in it, and rightfully so because the work of Luis and his crew is top notch.

My bathroom is absolutely stunning, and after hearing so many horror stories about people's experiences with contractors, Luis restored my faith in humanity because he is a good, decent, honest person with an incredible work ethic.

I've have (unfortunately) had the need on several occasions to use a restoration company for water damage to our home. Most recently, I called Incredible Restorations when water came into my finished basement after a very torrential downpour. I first spoke with Cassandra who couldn't be more helpful. I asked how soon they could get out to my house to inspect the situation. Expecting to hear 24-48 hours (it was quite a storm and I know many homes had similar problems), she asked if 90 minutes would be OK? Prompt service, check. When Luis and his team arrived (in less than 90 minutes), they were fantastic. The problems were diagnosed and remediation plan was put into motion immediately. Competence, check. I felt as if the team was treating my home as if it was their home. Good feeling, check. After the remediation was complete and the source of the water intrusion remedied, I got the invoice. Excellent value for services rendered, check.

In summary, I unconditionally recommend Luis and his crew for any remediation, restoration or construction need you may have. They are knowledgeable, efficient and very easy to work with. They do what they say they are going to do, they to correctly and they do it in a very reasonable time frame. Finally, they provide excellent value for the services they provide.

The work and the service from Luis and his team were nothing short of phenomenal. From the first time I contacted his office and Cassandra responded to meeting Luis to discuss what I was looking to have done all way through the completion of the project. They were always here at the time they said, they were extremely polite and professional, they cleaned up everyday and definitely went above and beyond what I would have expected as well as his attention to detail. Luis input throughout the project was amazing! I have two other large projects that will be coming up in 2024 and will never have anyone else here to do work beside Luis and his team. Thank you Luis for everything and I look forward to our next project. I highly recommend him for anyone that is looking for a contractor.
