Leo is very unprofessional, he never had the material ready for his workers/ team, he has lied to everyone in the office stating he went to get the material and had it delivered when in reality he didn’t lift a finger! His foreman was always doing everything and making him look good without him lifting a finger! He doesn’t care about safety, when it was addressed to him he just brushed it off and never took care of the situation! This isn’t a “TEAM”! We have a couple audio recordings of LEO telling a foreman to preform unsafe tasks and lie to General contractors
