Great experience! From Nathan giving us our bid on the spot; to the Flow office confirming dates and shingle color; to Jorge emailing photos everyday of the progress and answering any questions; and Noe on site making sure everything was perfect. Our new roof is gorgeous and I am so happy we "went with the Flow!"

We are sadly selling our property in Welches. There were some issues that came back in the home inspection with the roof and gutters. Flow Roofing was fantastic to work with. Nathan went above and beyond! He was able to find the specs on my roof before the job and came very prepared. He also took pictures of the roof and walked me through the different images. It was cool to learn some of the history of my house through images on the roof. I highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Flow roofing. They came out quickly, I was able to speak directly with the installer (the property was vacant and I had some question after setting up appt) we negotiated quickly what necessary to fix and what could wait. Everyone was pleasant and helpful with all my questions.

Nate's inspection was quick and the results were honest. I appreciate that they we're open about the shingle discontinuation, but didn't push to do unnecessary work.

The inspector Nathan, could not get me an estimate due to reliance on satellite imagery. Then another fellow came out to take measurements but I still don’t have an estimate. They tell you to hurry cause prices are going up and that you need to purchase right away, but it takes them over a week to get you an estimate

Nathan O’neel came out to inspect the leak in our roof. He is very knowledgable and very professional and has a good sense of humor.

I can’t recommend more highly the work of this company and team.
From the initial contact and assessment to the completion of the job: clear and timely communication: easy to work with; exceptional care to be transparent and caring about the work done and how it would be managed/guaranteed; a crew that was highly efficient, photographed each step of the repair, easy to work with, and left the property as it was when they arrived. The admin aspects were handled just as well. The price was very reasonable.

Nathan did a great inspection for my roof leaks and provided honest and detailed info, and even gave advice on other situations going on with my house. He seemed to have a great amount of experience. He was super nice, as well! Don't be afraid to at least request an inspection from these folks.

Gutters were finished within only a few hours of start and a great upgrade compared to the original gutters on the house. Had a very nice consultation for a roof repair and replacement with Nathan from Flow Roofing. I was running a little late getting home in Portland traffic he completed the outside inspection and waited up for me so he could complete the inspection of the attic space. Cordial, friendly, and personable he answered all my questions and anticipated follow up questions without making me feel like a dunce for asking. While I have not received the proposal yet from this company I felt that this consult/estimate was such a pleasant experience that it worth mentioning in a review. Thanks Nathan.

Will use them again. They were great at the initial walk through/estimate. Fair and competitive. Turned out one of the leaks was due to a cracked pipe. Because of this, they reduced my invoice to cover the plumbing bill. Appreciate them for the extra effort and care. Communication was great during the entire process.

Flow replaced a wonky downspout that another well known local roofing company had put in on my home roof a number of years back.
They also secured the gutters with 8 inch screws and cleaned them.
Verrill, owner of Flow, was easy to communicate with, showed up on time the day of the job and executed the work as promised. I would recommend and use them again.
